Brennon had all our paperwork ready and our loaner car all ready for us and we were able to go have lunch while our car got service. What a difference from other service appointments we have had at other places where you have to sit and wait for hours amongst a throng of people. What a pleasure to drop our car knowing it was in good hands and be able to go relax. The service was done quickly and done well. And the car wash was so needed since we live on a dirt road. Above and beyond Had a problem with my panoramic roof not closing all the way. Contacted Klye Schroers via e-mail. This was a Saturday and he was actually not working Had a problem with my panoramic roof not closing all the way. Contacted Klye Schroers via e-mail. This was a Saturday and he was actually not working but answered my e-mail and we communicated several times that day. I was able to get the roof to close after watching a YouTube video and Klye scheduled me a service appointment. So happened we were in Roanoke the day of the appointment and left our car and was given a new Mercedes to drive. It did take a while to get the parts and do the repair but we enjoyed the new ride. Car was returned to me here in Tazewell, VA with everything in working order. Everything handled under warranty. Kyle Schroers went above and beyond what I expected and made the experience of the repair as painless as possible. Thank you Mr. Schroers. More
