He answered our questions and, on the rare occasions that he didn't know an answer, he immediately researched to provide us the answer. We've contacted him by phone, since our purchase of a 2020 XC40 Volvo SUV on Friday, 22 Nov, and followed up with an in-person session to review all our questions on 'how to do' since the Volvo's IT/electronics are so advanced.
