Great experience. Joe does a great job with us. When the (Kyle) Roanoke Benz location could not help us on a repair for weeks, I thought why not call Lynchburg Benz. I Joe does a great job with us. When the (Kyle) Roanoke Benz location could not help us on a repair for weeks, I thought why not call Lynchburg Benz. It was brakes could not wait weeks! Incredible Joe worked us in the very next day and got the repairs done that day! That was a previous repair a few weeks ago. This visit was new tires and alignment. Even though the Roanoke Benz location is closer, will drive further to Lynchburg Benz for all our work. Thanks, Joe makes a huge difference and we felt he put our needs and safety first. Unhap[y with Outcome I went in for oil change and tire rotation. Waited 2 hours; then was charged $170. $13 for a can of oil is absurd. As for the "free" car wash, there was dirt on the side of the car and back seat floor wasn't vacuumed. You won't see me again. Also, phone calls to the service center are not usually returned. This visit took 2 phone calls to get an appointment. More
