We visited dealerships throughout Va. and even a couple in NC. Our deciding factor to make our purchase at Berglund in Roanoke was not due to the best price. It had everything to do with the Sales Specialist who's name is Patrick Taylor. We loved his style and approach for starters. Patrick was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. He acted with integrity and sincerity which helped to quickly develop a trusting relationship between us. His follow up contacts was spot on........not too much not too little, he did exactly what he said he would do. He asked questions that helped Donna and I purchase exactly what we were looking for. Once we found that vehicle of choice, he handled everything from start to finish to help make this the smoothest vehicle purchase we have ever experienced. Also his knowledge of vehicles was pretty terrible and the way he talked to people was just as bad. Tried to have a conversation with the used car manager about a few things but i would’ve been better off talking to the wall. He didn’t seem to be interested in anything i was trying to discuss. The main sales manager was great in giving me what i wanted for my trades and the price on the truck. However he did shout from his office like a child when i was discussing payment options with another employee telling me if i wasn’t happy i could go elsewhere. They suck More
