Technicians are very rude and would rather you take your business elsewhere so they don’t have to be ‘burdened’ with any extra work. Waiting in line you can hear their sarcasm with callers on the phone. William Hunter in particular. Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant environment. Seek service elsewhere. More
