My experience with Berglund is that the finance department is terrible & sale-men don’t acknowledge what you want or have much knowledge on the vehicles their trying to sale & try to force differen department is terrible & sale-men don’t acknowledge what you want or have much knowledge on the vehicles their trying to sale & try to force different cars or brands onto you. They have you sign papers saying if you meet the price negotiated then you HAVE to buy the car and makes the car buying experience very unpleasant. I’ll never go to Berglund for anything again the car I was sold has been nothing but a problem and the team would rather make excuses and push you out the door than to resolve any issues. I’ll deal with the issues alone and tell everyone the honesty of this dealer.They didn’t tell me when I purchased my car that the windows either won’t work or will squeak 24/7 and there’s absolutely nothing I can do because it’s an “old luxury car” it’s a 2017 and been having the problems since 2022 and were in 2023 Berglund in my opinion is the worst place you can ever go to. More
I was at your dealership on Saturday your salesman was uncooperative very pushy and went off the deep end on me through paperwork at me and demanded that I lead the dealership before he gave me my keys ba uncooperative very pushy and went off the deep end on me through paperwork at me and demanded that I lead the dealership before he gave me my keys back to my vehicle my satisfaction with your company has been very poor the last two times I have dealt with you and I will never deal with your dealership again I will also make sure that anybody that I know also knows how threatening and uncooperative and pushy your salesman are all y'all care about is yourselves and stealing and making money off of customers I do not like being treated that way threatened and having things thrown at me by your salesperson your salespeople have anger issues and should not be in the business of selling or dealing with customers at all you need to do something about your salesman because you're going to lose a lot of customers this way you've already lost one and anybody else that I know will not deal with Berlin Chevrolet ever again More
Went to look at a 2014 malibu, ended up with a 2022 malibu. Couldn't be happier. Stopped by to look at a 2020 Encore. Long story short, bought it. My sales rep was Clifton Paige and I cannot say enough good things about him. Very professional.
