I had an issue with my air conditioning in the middle of a heat wave, and the folks at Bergey’s made it super easy to get in and get it fixed. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. The service department is dishonest, incompetent, and disorganized. They do not answer the phone and when you are actually able to get a service appointment, they do not call you and tell you when your v disorganized. They do not answer the phone and when you are actually able to get a service appointment, they do not call you and tell you when your vehicle is done. They all just leave the building at 5pm and leave you hanging. Whats worse is that on 2 occasions, they damaged my vehicle and took no responsibility for it. They basically lie and say the damage was there already. Yeah, having my window moldings replaced by them under warranty and then seeing torn rubber weatherstripping around the passenger window must have been my fault. I mean what are the odds that the technician damaged the weather stripping? Well according to them, there is no way they could have done that. And lastly, when you try to reach a manager, NONE of them get back to you or have the guts to talk to the customer. They just hide like cowards behind their dishonest and shameful brand. More
Scammy and Dishonest! We bought a Kia Carnival SX Prestige, which is supposed to come with reclining second-row seats — a standard feature. When we picked up the car, it We bought a Kia Carnival SX Prestige, which is supposed to come with reclining second-row seats — a standard feature. When we picked up the car, it didn’t have them. It also had 200 miles on it and was clearly used for test drives — not even cleaned properly before delivery. When we brought it up, the salesperson tried to talk us out of the reclining seats with nonsense excuses about car seats. Now they say the only way to get what we should have gotten for free is to trade it in and pay the equivalent of a whole extra year of payments. We feel scammed. This dealership is shady, deceptive, and only interested in unloading inventory — not in doing right by customers. Stay far away. More
