A month later warning signals appeared on the dashboard. We contacted Bergey’s KIA for assistance and were able to schedule a service appointment within days. They identified the vehicle warnings and made the appropriate adjustments within a few hours. The Service Professionals are extremely responsive and very accommodating. I took my 2025 Telluride in for a service appointment on Thursday morning for a 8:30 appointment. Patrick met me and I was early but they took my car in right away. If he didn’t have an answer, he went out of his way to find them for us. We almost didn’t buy from Bergey’s because the sales manager Austin tried to give us a terrible offer on our 2019 Ford Escape at trade. He offered us $6,200 despite them selling for much more at auction. He wouldn’t offer more than $7,200 after we told him we already had a $9500 appraisal from a car shop appointment and that we were not able to buy at that moment if we weren’t closer to that number. He was not rude, but he obviously was not there to get a deal done. He also claimed they were “losing money” selling the vehicle to me at the price we discussed which is a ridiculous lie. If the dealership was losing money on the sale, then there wouldn’t have been a sale at the price we were given. If he offered us more on the trade then we would have made a deal right then and there. Instead, we went down the road and sold the Ford escape for $9500 to car shop, then came back to work with Jacob the next day. Nick in F&I was very knowledgeable and transparent, we got the tire and wheel protection package with him. Hopefully we can work with Jacob again down the road when we trade in our other car in a few years. More
