Since moving to the Mesa area 2 years ago have been checking out Toyota dealerships for one we felt we would enjoy doing business with and we found what we had been looking for at Brent Berge’s Riverview Toyota. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. We were given the opportunity to look at the car we were interested in with no sales pressure. Talked to several employees and all were so pleasant, knowledgeable , professional and easy to talk to. Really appreciate the “family business “ feeling and will certainly recommend Riverview Toyota for a pleasant buying experience. More

Disappointing Was told a recalled part would take most of day. That's fine. Get called literally 2 minutes before they closed its done and just needs to go thru was Was told a recalled part would take most of day. That's fine. Get called literally 2 minutes before they closed its done and just needs to go thru wash. Sure, takes me about that time to reach dealer. Get there, car not ready it washed. Wait another 30 minutes. Car pulls up. Car not washed. Dirty hand prints left on exterior. So clearly not washed. Leave because just want to go home at that point. Just disappointing. More

Horrible Service Purchased a new vehicle that turned out to have been damaged before I drove it off the lot. Discovered the damage when I got home with the vehicle and Purchased a new vehicle that turned out to have been damaged before I drove it off the lot. Discovered the damage when I got home with the vehicle and took it back to the dealership the very next day. They began gaslighting me. I engaged Toyota Corporate and the Riverview Dealership and both have made empty promises to fix the vehicle and repair the damage yet nothing has been done for over 4 Months. Nothing but excuses and empty promises from both parties. Riverview won't fix the problem without Toyota Corporate. Toyota Corporate makes excuse after excuse and empty promises on when a part will be available. They could try actually replacing the damaged piece, its not like its that expensive or a repair and I paid for a new vehicle not a damaged one. Worst car purchase experience of my life. Customer Satisfaction is not something I feel they care about. Eventually I may have to hire a lawyer. More
