I had shopped around at a few different Toyota dealerships looking for a very specific Toyota Tacoma. Before walking in to Riverview Toyota. The other Toyota dealerships were pushing hard to try & dealerships looking for a very specific Toyota Tacoma. Before walking in to Riverview Toyota. The other Toyota dealerships were pushing hard to try & sell me something I wasn’t looking for, never really listening as to what I was looking for. As soon as I walked up to the Riverview Toyota, I was met & greeted by very a helpful gentleman by the name of Ricardo. After introducing himself, Ricardo took the time to listen to the specifics of the vehicle I was searching for. The specific Tacoma I was looking for was not in stock at any of the Toyota dealerships. Ricardo then asked if I’d be open to ordering the exact Tacoma I was looking for. Within a half hour, he had taken all my information & got the vehicle ordered. Within two weeks the Tacoma had shown up to Riverside Toyota. Ricardo, again had taken all my information over the phone & had me pre-approved in minutes. When I went into the dealerships & met with Ricardo, he took me to see the vehicle. At that point, I did walk around inspection of the vehicle & yes it had all the bells & whistles I wanted. Within in an hour & a half, from start to finish. I was happily driving off on my brand new Toyota Tacoma. I was very pleased with the whole vehicle buying process that Ricardo & Riverview Toyota provided, thanks guys..! More

Very Disappointed!! very Dishonest people very Dishonest Dealership Horrible experience buying car from this dealership.they tried to rip me off. let start with the pricing i am calling from Tucson and try Dealership Horrible experience buying car from this dealership.they tried to rip me off. let start with the pricing i am calling from Tucson and try to purchase a Tacoma TRD off road in cement color stock # 201939 with msrp price at $36,431 and internet price is $34,332 and $33,332 with toyota customer cash click on the pricing details it show Riverview discount $2,099 and customer cash $1000 from what I understand the customer cash $1000 is not combined together with 1.9 interest rate so the discount should be around $2,099 so the selling price should be at $34,332. if i take 1.9 interest rate.after i did the credit application and everything was good then they contacted me for purchasing the car with the breakdown number it was big surprise let start with the price first they change the Riverview discount from $2,099 to $1099 because i took the 1.9APR that’s a lie it’s say very clearly on the detail Riverview discount is $2099 and customer cash is $1000 so if i take the 1.9 the discount should stay the same at $2,099 but they changed to $35,332 !!! Oh the whoever person that talked with me on the phone told me the selling price $33,332 only for Customer paying Cash and asking me Do you have money to paying cash well i guess he’s assuming I can’t buy a car in Cash.very dishonest team that tried to help a customer buying a car.Second after they lowered their discount they make me pay the extra $4245 for accessories which wasn’t showing on the msrp price there’s no description no details or anything to let buyer knows about this ridiculous extra amount very dishonest. I asked them can they just remove that extra not reasonable amount off they told me No it’s added on every vehicle so which mean if you buying car from this dealer you would be paid extra around $4245 so my OTD price was added up $44,346,39 instead of around $40,000 lol very disappointed with the way they treated customer very disappointed with this dealership feel bad for all the people that been through what i am been through. i been shopping around for a few different Toyota in the Valley and none of them told me that there a extra $4245 for accessories that come equipped with the vehicle i think customer should have an option to decide to not take it if they don’t want the extra accessories ! Please Stay Away from this Dealership !!! More
