Hanna and everyone have been great other then asking and demanding i sign on a car i don’t own and lying to credit union saying i have the car. It is unethical to demand or accept ownership on something that isn’t in my possession. Deposit and even proof of approval i get all that but not signing a contract. Big dealers down here have never heard of such a thing. Other then that your personal has been great. More

Plus it cost me an extra $2k at purchase due to inflated tax and fees as I was immediately moving out of state which they said would not happen until the very last finance guy changed his tune.
