I have been to 4 different toyota's in the last couple months and by far berge toyota is nothing like the rest.. i originally was planning on getting another car a different brand actually but there is a months and by far berge toyota is nothing like the rest.. i originally was planning on getting another car a different brand actually but there is a reason i chose berge toyota. i gave hannah bond a call at her dealer about her helping me out and weighing my options on which car i should get. she was very knowledgeable, even excited to explain the options on the cars. i have never experienced any salesperson actually enjoying the brand they represent. when i was having issues on getting approved Hannah bond, Johnathan Chiazza, barry fox, did everything in their power to make sure i had this vehicle. constant calls and updates as they were going through each step made me feel like they were on my side through the whole process. finally i got the call that i was approved! the best part was i think they were actually more excited than i was which i thought was extremely funny and cool. finally i came in after being approved and usually i get that feeling that the hidden fees would pop up when i go to finance... that was not the case. everything they said up front was 100% accurate and on the paperwork at the end. i highly recommend this dealership whether you are instate or out of state. 10/10 experience More
