By phone Cesar helped me find a potential tundra -not built yet- to buy. He even offered to drive a similar truck up to test drive. (I live 2.5 hours away) After looking through the specs I realized it d built yet- to buy. He even offered to drive a similar truck up to test drive. (I live 2.5 hours away) After looking through the specs I realized it didn’t have things that were a must and things I didn’t need. He then found another one that dealt with those issues and had even more nice additions that I will love having. I then found more things to add and he has been super accommodating. Financial guy was great too. When I told him I didn’t need a specific offer he took it off, no pressure. Now just waiting for it to finish being built.
