To luxury service with Earnest Beler (ask for him) who had understanding of the needs of my 3 sleepy kids in this 118 degree temps, and Jonathan who listened with compassion and understood my needs to have a prepaid service and extended warranty since my late husband normally took care of car maintenance it was a must and Jonathan took good care of me. They all did! People say take care of our Vets! Well my late husband was a Marine Vet and his family was taken care of!! After letting Earnest know what I wanted he completed everything for me and I was able to go home to take care of my sleepy kids. Berge Toyota gave me luxury customer service from the conveyance of my home where I didn’t have to bring my kids back out into this triple digit heat to complete the transaction. Everything was done via excellent communication and securely online. I traded in my vehicle and they provided a rental while I wait for the delivery of my new Toyota! I’m so thankful for this smooth buying process that didn’t have me as a young widow/ solo parent trying to accommodate 3 little kids ages 3, 6, and 8 while buying a car. That would have been an unpleasant nightmare! I’m So thankful for Earnest’s understanding and empathy. This buying process made it stress free and fun! Earnest even drove from Mesa to Gilbert to deliver the rental as he picked up my trade in suv and drove it back to the dealership. 3rd times a charm people say but my third time finding the right dealership was a valuable Ruby that I will call home.
