This is my second time using Berge Toyota and just like the first time it was an absolute pleasure everyone I interacted with was friendly and eager to make my experience a positive one. He is a pleasure to work with he answered all my questions patiently also made me feel comfortable with the entire process and never did I feel any pressure to do anything. I find him to be a wealth of knowledge and a pleasure to speak with and if he didn't have an answer he didn't xx me he went and got the answer for me. I've found that like the first time this dealership is top notch and for me a huge part of that was having Barry as my salesman. By phone Cesar helped me find a potential tundra -not built yet- to buy. He even offered to drive a similar truck up to test drive. (I live 2.5 hours away) After looking through the specs I realized it d built yet- to buy. He even offered to drive a similar truck up to test drive. (I live 2.5 hours away) After looking through the specs I realized it didn’t have things that were a must and things I didn’t need. He then found another one that dealt with those issues and had even more nice additions that I will love having. I then found more things to add and he has been super accommodating. Financial guy was great too. When I told him I didn’t need a specific offer he took it off, no pressure. Now just waiting for it to finish being built.
