I came in on Saturday May 14,2011 and Cedric was very friendly and helpful. He gave GREAT customer service. He was answered all my questions with a smile. Most pleasant car buying experience ever!!!!!! I went to other dealerships (Kia and CarMax) they didn't measure up to the quality of Customer Service of the Crown Salesman. T. I was treated with respect which is very important to me and I had a great time with Tyler and Jeff the finance manager. They took their time and got me the price I wanted and could afford. The salesmen were very helpful, they friendly and greeted us with a smile; they did not pressure us into buying a vehicle, which made our purchase enjoyable. My fiancé wanted to buy a Pathfinder but did wan us with a smile; they did not pressure us into buying a vehicle, which made our purchase enjoyable. My fiancé wanted to buy a Pathfinder but did want the hassle of a salesman making promises they wouldn’t keep. When we arrived at Crown Nissan, we had planned on purchasing a used vehicle. But thanks to Takia who showed us different options we had and Clyde Baskin whose knowledge in financing got us a decent rate, we were able to purchase a new vehicle. These gentlemen exceeded our expectations and for that we will definitely be coming back to Crown on our next vehicle purchase. More

This is my second vehicle from Crown Nissan. I love my Nissan Altima but was not impressed with my salesman Tim. Jeff actually helped more getting me the deal I wanted than Tim. I was very happy with Jeff Nissan Altima but was not impressed with my salesman Tim. Jeff actually helped more getting me the deal I wanted than Tim. I was very happy with Jeff until I recently noticed something about the warranty he sold me. He gave me a flyer that talked about the maintenance plan that showed a 36 month 36,000 mile plan that covered oil changes and other routime maintenance. On the flyer he gave me he had written 36/36,000 $359/ Well I was charged $359 but when my warranty came in the mail I just put it in the glove box thinking I didn't need it right now. Well when I got ready for my first oil change I pulled it out and the card that came with my maintenance plan says it expires in 5000 miles not 36,000. So I pulle dmy contract because I was sure there was an error...but no my contract also said 5000 miles. I was not happy. I went online to see how to contact the manager but there is no contact info for that...so I will have to try and call or write a letter unless this review helps it get resolved. My first experience with Crown was much better than this one. While Jeff was very friendly and helpful in many other ways I do not appreciate being shown one thing yet sold something different. Yes I am at fault to for not noticing it on my contract before signing it but I expected him to mark what he showed me and what we discussed not something else. As far as Tim Provost my experience with him was bad from the beginning. He was curt and almost rude. If it had not been for Jeff working out the purchase I would have walked away definitely. I hope Nissan will correct this maintenace plan issue so I will purchase my next car from them. Noone likes to be taken advantage of. More

Everyone at Crown was very nice to. They were very respectful and did not make me feel like that just because I am a woman, I do not know anything about buying a car. I have been to many dealerships b respectful and did not make me feel like that just because I am a woman, I do not know anything about buying a car. I have been to many dealerships before and they have treated me like I was stupid because they assume that because I am a woman that I know nothing about buying a car. I would have to ask to speak to a woman if I saw a car I was interested in. But NOT here!! EVERYBODY (especially Cederic) was so kind to me and did not act sexist towards me. I will definitely recommend Crown Nissan to my friends & family. Thank you Cederic & everyone else at Crown Nissan for making my first time to buy a new car so pleasant!! More

This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman Tim was very knowledgeable about all of the cars. He came across as very honest and friendly. I have never had a more positive experience with a dealership than Crown Nissan. Gary Perkins is the ultimate sales person.
