I chose Benton Nissan of Hoover expecting professionalism and accountability. While the vehicle purchase itself was smooth, my experience after the sale has been disappointing. I was charged a $117 Georgia tag late fee due to delayed submission of dealership paperwork. The Georgia tag office confirmed the delay was not caused by me. Despite multiple polite follow-ups requesting reimbursement or guidance, I received no response from my assigned representative. Communication and accountability after the sale are critical, and unfortunately, that’s where the experience fell short. I hope dealership leadership or corporate customer service will review this matter and assist in resolving it promptly.

You pretty much get ignored once the sale is final. I called 3 different people that were involved in the sale concerning missing rear floor mats and have yet to get a return phone call.
