Horrible Service! First, I have learned the hard way that there is no standard of service among Nissan Dealerships. They know that Nissan USA will not hold them accountable. I brought my vehicle (20k mi there is no standard of service among Nissan Dealerships. They know that Nissan USA will not hold them accountable. I brought my vehicle (20k miles) there 3 times for brake problems. Eradicate braking, intermittently jerking wheel. They sent me away the first 2 times. REFUSED to check my brake. The third time it sat in their back lot for over 3 weeks. The service liar said they drove it and couldn’t duplicate the problem. Geez. They’re crud! They’ve unnecessarily risked the safety of my family and hid facts they would’ve had to know about the vehicle. More

I called to make sure that a car they had listed online was still available. They said it was and told me they'd go ahead and pull it up to have it ready for me to take a look while I drove 30 minutes in was still available. When I got there, the sales agent who they told me to see had not gotten the vehicle ready for me. When the sales agent went to get it, she learned that it was in their detail shop after having been sold prior to when I called to check availability. They were more concerned about asking me what other vehicles I might be interested in and making excuses than they were about the fact that they just wasted an hour of driving time on my part. More

Cannot believe they sell used cars. I found the car I wanted at Benton. Exactly what I wanted. I reached out to them via email through Auto Traders, and got a stock email response from t I found the car I wanted at Benton. Exactly what I wanted. I reached out to them via email through Auto Traders, and got a stock email response from the internet manager there, Ms. Tidwell. I replied to the email asking for an "out the door" price. No response. I followed up with another email to Ms. Tidwell inquiring if she had received the earlier email, leaving my cell number, and asking her to call me to see if we could strike a deal. This time she responded asking me to come in, and asking me if I received all the information on the vehicle I needed. I replied again asking for an "out the door" price so that I could decide if it would be worth the 4 hr drive to Hoover. This time I got an email from Dennis with the OTD price I requested. The car listed online for $19,555 had ballooned to $22,999.09. I know that taxes and fees are sometimes steep, but Alabama state, county and city tax on this vehicle is $733.31; the advertised dealer fee is $599; Average Doc Prep fees run +/-$420. If I add these together, I get $21,307.31. That leaves $1,691.78 that is unaccounted for. So, I emailed Dennis back asking for some sort of buyer order breakdown. No response. I emailed Dennis again with another request of explanation for the high final sales price on the car. As of this morning, no response. I just bought the car in Jacksonville, FL.Goodbye forever, Benton. More
