The few times I've visited the Benton dealership my family has been greeted with total professionalism. When speaking with the technicians we get a sense our vehicle is in good hands. I brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation. I had not made an appointment and it was a few days before Memorial Day weekend. First time for an oil change and it took over 3 hours with an appointment. No one explained to me what the delay was. I had to ask about my vehicle. There were people who came after me and left before with an appointment. No one explained to me what the delay was. I had to ask about my vehicle. There were people who came after me and left before me. When I arrived I was told that my car would be put ahead because I had an appointment. Spoke with Randall and he did take about 10% off my ticket but I explained that I had an appointment with my wife and was late because of this. I felt a free oil change on my next visit should have been offered as well but it was NOT. More
