The people I encountered at Benton were polite and professional. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and the receipt was clear and thorough. There was one slip: I was first asked to pay f professional. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and the receipt was clear and thorough. There was one slip: I was first asked to pay for this routine service when in fact it was covered by a plan that came with our new car purchase - but when I asked them to check, they resolved it immediately. But I know it's a formality and understand that they want to remain professional. Either way I have a good experience every time I go. They inform me of things that I need to do to my truck and I understand that parts and labor cost money so, why get mad at the price? More
The service department is HORRIBLE, the techs are nice, but the Dealer is very CROOKED. Broken side mirror, they tried to charge me $700 + $450 to install it. I bought it at Nissan.com OEM Part for $309 a but the Dealer is very CROOKED. Broken side mirror, they tried to charge me $700 + $450 to install it. I bought it at Nissan.com OEM Part for $309 and installed it in less than 10 minutes (timed). EVERY Time we drop off our van for service, it takes them at least 2 or 3 days to even start on the work. We bought the pre-paid oil changes when we purchased our van new, could never use it because I can't be without a car for 3 days just for an oil change. Yes, your new vehicle has a warranty, but we can't use it because they are ULTRA Slow. More
I wouldn't advise shopping here. It is unfortunate that we still have these experiences but...this is the the type of dealerships that give dealers bad names. Predatory. I reached out since I live a state away to negotiate and work on a deal with my trade and a Ram they had on the lot. We discussed and went back and forth but we finally came to an agreement. I agreed on num work on a deal with my trade and a Ram they had on the lot. We discussed and went back and forth but we finally came to an agreement. I agreed on numbers with the dealership and then drove all the way from Mississippi to take delivery of the vehicle. They then decided to jack the agreed upon price up 5k. They are snakes and will not honor a commitment. I would avoid this dealership like the plague. More
