During my experience, I was treated to engaging conversation, opportunities to view the service department in action and a buying experience where I was treated not as a profit margin, but as an individual and a person. Upon receiving the car, I encountered a small warning light on the drive home. A call to the dealership resulted in an immediate free service. Once again, The Collection treated me in a wonderful way. I was extremely pleased at the no pressure friendly sales and test drive experience, but I was most impressed when everything didn't go as planned and The Collection's team resolved the problem with class.
