I purchased a vehicle from Bentley Indianapolis in early July, and while the sales process was smooth (as one would expect), everything that happened post-purchase was unacceptable. I elected to pay for the July, and while the sales process was smooth (as one would expect), everything that happened post-purchase was unacceptable. I elected to pay for them to handle all title and registration work, but I did not receive my registration until late November. This significant delay caused the plate I intended to transfer to be revoked by my state, leaving me at risk of legal issues with local law enforcement and liable for civil penalties. When I initially reached out in August to inquire about the delay, it took multiple attempts via various communication methods before I could get in touch with anyone. It felt as though my concerns were being ignored, which added to the frustration of an already stressful situation. Once I was finally able to connect with the team, Ben McLaughlin (GM) was very helpful in getting the ball rolling, providing updates, and ensuring the process was completed, which ultimately led to the successful registration of my vehicle in November. While I appreciate his efforts at that point, the level of service leading up to this was unacceptable. I worked directly with Ben McLaughlin, Dan Abusadeh, and Khaled Abusadeh, and while the initial sales process was fine, the lack of communication and delays in post-sales support made this experience far below the standard I would expect from a brand like Bentley. Unfortunately this was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. More
Drove 2 hours to them after talking in the morning about a vehicle. Got there, power liftgate wouldn't work. Test drive vehicle says "Low Battery". A/C somewhat worked on one side but not the other. Out of state purchase with a trade. Purchased a newer s-580, you know, a six-figure vehicle. You'd think I'd be getting a red carpet service but didn't. Had to beg them to ship it covered practically cause they wanted to cheap out on shipping and not have it covered. But when I finally received it almost a week later than told. I got it at 11pm and it was almost empty, which I was told it would be full. It was never detailed, which I was told it would be. Panels that had been taken apart were not put back together properly. Grease and fingerprints were visible. Was told the curb rash would have been fixed which was but really poorly and whoever put the wheels back on over tightened the lug nuts and stripped the locking lugs. So when I went to install new bigger wheels and tires the shop had to drill out the lugs to get them of and while doing so damaged the factory wheels. All because Bentleys wheel person over tightened them and was hoping to be compensated for which never was. The salesman Roger was nice and all seemed helpful but never truly followed through with what he promised. Spoke to Ben, one of the managers, and was told I'd be compensated for gas and detail and more, which he never called when I promised he would nor returned any of my calls for over 2 weeks. And still hasn't. Still out a lot of time, energy and efforts and still no follow up from anyone. Yet during the purchase I was their number one priority and once they got my 100k I'm ignored and left in the dark. Terrible service, Terrible follow up especially from Ben and I'm still out time and money and no compensation More
Let me start with the only positive part of my experience here, my sales rep Roger was very responsive and very enjoyable to talk to.... that's about where the positive ended. Early December 2023 I purchased here, my sales rep Roger was very responsive and very enjoyable to talk to.... that's about where the positive ended. Early December 2023 I purchased a used Porsche Panamera. I called to put a deposit on it and drove out from Pittsburgh and picked it up. While driving home the tire pressure light came on, I pulled over to check it out and the dealership swapped the front pressure with the rear so the car had 34psi in the rear and 44psi in the front ( no big deal ) but while I was putting the proper air in the tires I noticed a huge gash out of the sidewall that was even tire shined over. I called drove it back and after a few hrs we were back on the road. fast forward 4 months and I finally received my title. they told me it was lost in the mail and a new one had to be issues... ok I find out the title work was submitted the second week of January ( I bought the car the 2nd week of December ) once my local AAA was given the paperwork, I was telling them about what happened and that I had to wait 3 month for a duplicate. Not quite the case here, all the original signatures were on the "duplicate" so AAA told me no way they lost the title in the mail. I had 10 days once doing the title work to do our state inspection. I booked an appointment at my local Porsche dealership and the car fails inspection because the other 3 tires are all dry rotted and from 2017. what really upsets me is that I bought a used car for 55k and it can't even pass inspection here xxx. at least a Dealership especially a Bentley one should disclose that the tires are 7 years old and probably need replacing. Stay far away from this dealership way too many problems! More
Purchased a 2020 Porsche Boxster from these people they said the cows in pristine condition, including the tires and rims, kept all my emails and all my correspondence with them, and they lied thoroughly a said the cows in pristine condition, including the tires and rims, kept all my emails and all my correspondence with them, and they lied thoroughly about the car when it was delivered there was quite a bit of issues The tires were on the way Bell, and it still belt was coming through the brakes were low. The transport company climbed in the drivers window with their feet on the heated seat and damage the trim on the window. This dealership should be not allowed to sell vehicles, they do not lie. More

I would never deal with this dealership. I purchased a Ferrari online from them. I was assured that all service was up to date, 132 point inspection, blah, blah, blah. It had not been servi I purchased a Ferrari online from them. I was assured that all service was up to date, 132 point inspection, blah, blah, blah. It had not been serviced at all. The oil had not been changed. The annual service had not been done. There were 2 recalls outstanding that had not been done. The coolant reservoir was cracked. The electronics were not working, there were sensors not working telling you to immediately stop the car. It came with one key ($1500 for a new one). There were missing carpet panels. It was a smokers car which was not disclosed. The rear view mirror fell off the first time I drove it and was hanging by electrical wires. The salesman was very apologetic and promised to take care of everything. Yet, zero response from them. Nothing. No communication. Zero. I got through on the phone to Omar, who supposedly runs the place. He promised to take car of it. Nothing. They claimed to be very proficient in out of state sales and make sure everything is taken care of on their end so there are not issues. Not true. I reported them to the Indiana Attorney General. And guess what they did? They lied about everything they supposedly told me or supposedly did. These people have no ethics and will get no help if you have an issue after sale based on how they treated me. I rated them as a 1 because you can't gvie a zero. More
