Buyer Beware I was trying to lease two new vehicles. My lease was up on my existing Infiniti's purchased from them. The lease loyalty program was a joke. Their I was trying to lease two new vehicles. My lease was up on my existing Infiniti's purchased from them. The lease loyalty program was a joke. Their numbers did not make sense. Definitely shop around. Their internet down payment and monthly payments are higher than everyone else. More

Great experience I wanted to say i had an amazing experience today purchasing my car. Nick Rizzo went above and beyond and got me a deal that i did not think was even I wanted to say i had an amazing experience today purchasing my car. Nick Rizzo went above and beyond and got me a deal that i did not think was even possible. While being professional and very nice this dealership was honest and did not give me any bs. It truly feels like all the people that work here are there to help you make he best deal possible that works for you. At no point during my purchase did i feel pressured to make a bad decision. I would totally recommend this dealership to any one I know that is in the market to purchase either a new or preowned car. Excellent Service - Excellent People I purchased a used Inifiti G37 from Bennett Infiniti of Wilkes-Barre 2 weeks ago. I inquired about the car on their website to which I was contacted w I purchased a used Inifiti G37 from Bennett Infiniti of Wilkes-Barre 2 weeks ago. I inquired about the car on their website to which I was contacted within a few hours. When I stopped by the dealer that night, I was immediately helped by Fred Langenhop. After discussing the car and test driving it, Fred, Nick, and Dan all assisted in the purchase of the vehicle. They stayed over an hour past closing to get me in the car that night and finish the financing documents! Nick, Fred, and Dan all provided excellent custoemr service, they were very professional, and I look forward to my next purchase at Bennett Infiniti. All of the staff that night were above par and could make a pleasant experience to any consumer in the market for a new vehicle. Thanks! More

Sales Mgr Dan Very Unprofessional My husband and I wanted to inquire about purchasing our leased 2014 Q 50...So I called the dealership on a Tuesday and left a message with someone abo My husband and I wanted to inquire about purchasing our leased 2014 Q 50...So I called the dealership on a Tuesday and left a message with someone about our intentions of wanting to speak to someone about it. Within ten minutes a man named Rick called me back. He unfortunately was not who I needed to speak with, however he said he would leave a message with the person who could help us and they would be in contact shortly. No return call...Wednesday, I phoned Rick on the number he called me from, who happened to be off that day and I told him no one called. He apologized and said he would call and leave Dan a message and to expect a call shortly...On Thursday I called the dealership AGAIN and the receptionist said she would give me Dan's voice mail because he was off and that he would call me Friday. On Monday I got my return call from Dan ,who soon proceeded to tell me that on Saturday he found my file thrown on his desk, so he was returning my call and asked me what I wanted. I was very upset that it took so long , even though the matter wasn't urgent and I felt it warranted a complaint. He BARKED ,"well I'm the guy you need to talk to so ,go ahead"....oh really, was my reply...He then said "let me ask you this , what is the difference between me returning your call last week or today?" I hung up on him...because of his tone he was taking with me. There was much more to the rude conversation. He called me back and BARKED "Did You hang up on me?? or did I loose you? I lied and said I lost him, because at that point I intended to let him have my opinion on his rudeness and inconsideration of handling of the situation. Regardless of the urgency of the matter ,that sales manager, DAN, should have been, at the LEAST , PROFESSIONAL!!!! In my opinion, that was the furthest thing on this mans mind. He was RUDE,OBNOCTIOUS and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! This was the complete opposite of the courtesy we were shown by the staff before he got there.. In closing, We will NOT purchase our leased car , we will return it and go to a dealership that appreciates your business and has a sales manager who isn't an JERK!!! More

Better than first, and it was good! Had great experience with my first Infiniti when we moved here and needing service. I was treated like there best customer from my first visit, even Had great experience with my first Infiniti when we moved here and needing service. I was treated like there best customer from my first visit, even though vehicle was purchased in LA. Fast forward 5 years. Went back to look at QX60 in comparison to another vehicle we were looking to purchase. Bought the QX60 instead. Service during the deal was better than before. Salesman answered all of our questions and even provided answers to future questions that we didn't know we would have. When we decided to purchase, Salesman had let us know that he would be out, but left us in excellent hands. Everything went smoothly. More
