No haggling deal. They gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade in. The first price they offered was a totally fair price. They did not try to steal my trade in (like other dealerships I visited) th for my trade in. The first price they offered was a totally fair price. Also, the car I bought was priced closer to the trade in then the retail. Best deal I ever got. My sales person was Ashley. She was great. There was no pressure to buy . I would recommend her to my friends along with this dealership. The finance person was also efficient getting all the documents ready . Also very pleasant and easy to deal with. By the way I visited three other dealerships before I made the deal ....im a bargain shopper!!!! More

In March of 2019, I found the Honda Pilot I was looking for at Bennett Infiniti in Wilkes-Barre. I never read the terrible reviews of this place but rather just went after the car. Ethan, the salesman, did for at Bennett Infiniti in Wilkes-Barre. I never read the terrible reviews of this place but rather just went after the car. Ethan, the salesman, did a decent job of selling me the car and giving me a fair trade in. It's March and it's cold out so I never thought to check the AC. It's now June and my car only blows hot air. There isn't any Freon in the car! I called the Service Manager at Bennett Infiniti and he refused to help me out. $338 and 4 hours spent at Cicoca Honda in Harrisburg, I finally had AC. It's June of this year and I'm driving to work and a mosquito is on the inside of my windshield. I lightly tap it with my wallet and the windshield cracks. Another $100 spent on my insurance deductible. I called Ethan and he said he would do whatever he could to help me. He brings in the General Manager, Brian Brumell, who I talk to for a good 20 minutes. I explain what happened and Brian says he refuses to pay for the windshield because it's my fault even though the Safelite Tech at my house disagrees. Again, I hit it with my wallet, not a pick ax. I tell Brian that I'm sure his dealership makes millions of dollars and would it really hurt his bottom line to help me out? I also asked him how he would like it if he purchased a car and it didn't have Freon in it? No response. The conversation got heated so I backed off and apologized. Brian tells me to send him the invoice from Ciocca and he will see what he can do. I did so and have to ask every day for three days what the verdict is. Finally, I get ahold of them and Brian refuses to do anything. I explain again what happened and how I've never had a Honda experience like this before. He doesn't budge and says, "Dave, we could keep going round and round on this." I hung up because I had more important things to do than to listen to a man with no integrity. I don't think Brian ever indented to help me out so I'm going to help others out and say, "DON'T SHOP HERE!" There are too many negative reviews for anyone to waste their time dealing with such poor customer service. More

Steer clear! Awful! Purchased a certified infinity, which clearly was never certified. Within the first 24 hours, I had to put air in the tires. Passenger door was off the hinge, gas gauge not functioning properly, steering was terrible, loud rubbing noise from under drivers seat, acclerated while braking, no caps on stems, seatbelts don’t tighten, lift gate only opens partially, leaking fluids (driveway is stained) Was brought back to be serviced a few weeks after purchasing. Service sept filled my tires with air, fixed door hinge, fixed fan under driver seat that was shot. Although they were advised my tires were leaking air daily and the steering was terrible, they never checked the wheels! Had they have checked they would have seen my wheels were all corrosion and rust! Not something you would expect from a certified vehicle, but then again you would also expect the door to be on the hinge! Literally took kost tire minutes to diagnose after I explained the issues. After they scraped the corrosion and rust and buffed, they had to seal the tires. Total bs that one I was sold this and 2 you they never checked when it was brought back to be serviced for those issues! Quite frankly I was tired of going for air every 2 days in bitter temps! The steering was so bad, highway driving was dreadful! I would be all over the road trying to fight the steering! Luckily no one was hurt! Tire pressure would be at 31 one day then the following day I would be down to 12-15! Car also needed an alignment, which even after it was brought back to be serviced they didn’t do! I have to count days when I get gas. The gauge changes by the minute. I could get home and have 100 miles of gas left, go back out and it says zero miles! definitely not a certified vehicle! Bennett also changes the wording on all of their ads due to the fact Tim lies to me about the warranty on a certified vehicle. I have leased cars for the past 10-15 years. I wasn’t quite sure if I wanted to buy this time or lease again. BIG mistake! Do your research on your own! Nothing but lies and neglect! After purchasing 30 plus cars, this dealership wins the award of the worst dealership by a landslide! I have never had a bad experience until now! If I could give it zero stars, I would in a heartbeat! Totally disgusted More

They had the vehicle detailed and ready to go upon my arrival. I was convinced by a very confident and knowledgeable with every detail sales specialist Erika Savinski . She had me convinced that it was the vehicle for me during several phone calls And she was absolutely right. The staff were very professional and courteous, I left feeling confident and totally content with my purchase. Erika made the whole transaction very relaxing and made sure I got a good deal, I really appreciated her giving me detailed answers to my questions. It was an enjoyable and memorable experience More
