I had a wonderful experience working with Bennett Infiniti for my QX60. Hands down Janielle was awesome I would of never did a deal for our car if it wasn't for her being attentive and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I had reached out previously and whoever I spo deal for our car if it wasn't for her being attentive and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I had reached out previously and whoever I spoke to never got back to me. But Janielle reached out via email apologized and asked me what I was looking for and from there got me exactly what I was looking for. So, If u are looking to buy new or used she is your salesperson for sure. Hands down awesome to work with from start to finish. she also went over all features of car and everything needed for the process to purchase the car. We need more sales people like her. Hand down 10 out of 10 for her customer service. If I'm ever in market for another car she will be the one I'm calling. More

Purchased a new car there and wanted a demo on how to operate it. Was told to go on utube. He wasn't familiar with it. Also, had to stop and put gas in the newly purchased car as it was on E!!!!!! Try to buy a used vehicle from them. Jeniel the sales person I spoke with was very friendly. Could not get the sales manager on the phone after a couple of emails and several phone calls, received miss i person I spoke with was very friendly. Could not get the sales manager on the phone after a couple of emails and several phone calls, received miss information about the vehicle from another sales person and drove three hours very interested in purchasing the vehicle and found it had many issues that they’ve failed to tell me about. Janielle did her best to get me some answers but no one seemed interested enough to speak with me. Sales manager was not even in the office. The vehicle was not presented well as they were cardboard boxes in the backseat of the truck with some old parts. That should never happen when you’re trying to sell a vehicle for $40,000. While taking the vehicle for a test ride when you hit the brakes the front end which shake violently and was told by the service manager that it is surface rust and they would not do a brake job. Total waste of a three hour ride. I feel sorry for Janielle as she seem to be the only one working in the building that day. More

Dealt with Rick Edwards as a salesman seem to be very nice found out my car had a recall, I tried to call Infiniti back and talk to Rick but he took no interest in my recall and said he knew nothing abou nice found out my car had a recall, I tried to call Infiniti back and talk to Rick but he took no interest in my recall and said he knew nothing about it. I called the service department and talk to them and they also took no interest in helping me! However I did call the Allentown branch and told them my issue and they got it in right away. The salesman at the Wilkes Barre location are nothing but SHARKS! More
