From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Kensey and he gave us the best advice for our financial situation so we could choose the best car and not pay an absurd amount of money monthly. Eric worked his magic and got us financed together without breaking the bank. I started to lose hope and Eric didn't give up and wanted us to leave with the car that made us happy. We are the proud owners of a 2018 Chevy Camaro Convertible. I would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone I know needs a car because I am confident they will leave happy and content. Which was a horrible experience cuz they kept trying to push another vehicle on us. More

Sketchy sales process. Don't trust Alfredo Gomez! Everything seems fine until you pay attention to the minor details. Do not trust Alfredo Gomez, he is a con and just wants your money! The day of my car shopping, I was told that I got approved by a bank (I wasn't told which bank it was) I was just told that I was approved by a bank but I would be getting approved by BB&T as well the following day with better rates (which doesn't make any sense). When it was time to pay for my deposit, I wanted to pay with my bank card, but Alfredo was pushing the fact that I could send the deposit to his PayPal because my bank is known for not approving transactions (which is false). I left that night with the car with no issues, so I thought! The following three days my credit was ran multiple times without my consent! On the third day I was getting calls from Alfredo Gomez that I needed to come in for a reason he didn't want to explain over the phone. I was at work and I am not able to leave my job whenever I want especially for no reason at all. So on the third night, my car (which I supposedly got approved for by a bank) was towed away. Supposedly the bank didn't go through with an approval (after I was told multiple times that I was approved and there was no reason for an approval to fall through) So is the trick to get people "approved by a bank," let them pay a deposit, let them take a car for a few days, and then take it away from them for no reason, just so that you can make money off of deposits!?!?! If you read other reviews about this place, you will see a pattern. The same situation has occurred to multiple people, not just me! Lesson here, don't trust Alfredo Gomez!!!! Sketchy sales process!! Pay attention to everything!!! Don't let them talk around you or your questions!! More
