By far the best costumer service I’ve ever received!! Came into Benji auto sales looking to purchase a new Mercedes. Hose explained all the features of the vehicle and even gave me a little information about where Benji come from that actually made me buy the car even more. Anticipating Enjoyment Sat. 12/28: Purchased a gorgeous vehicle with the interior/exterior desired; Left car lot w/ tank on empty, despite paying $$ for “Dealer Prep Fee.” Sat. 12/28: Purchased a gorgeous vehicle with the interior/exterior desired; Left car lot w/ tank on empty, despite paying $$ for “Dealer Prep Fee.” The car was prepped with a Benji license plate frame and a logo sticker on the bumper, minus a detailed wash. Sun. 12/29: Battery was dead when attempting to leave for afternoon errands. Salesman jump-started vehicle yesterday for test drive, but I overlooked it, thinking it was due to the car not being driven for a period. Mon. 12/30: Called AAA for jump-start, took car to Coral Gables dealership and battery was replaced (under warranty). Dealer Rep informed me of the need for new rear tires ASAP and front brakes due for replacement, soon. A half hour after leaving, the “possible ice on road” indicator light appeared. Stopped at Goodyear to get tires checked, they were past balding w/ thread showing (SEE PICS). My tires were skipping and not gripping the road, causing the warning light. Thankfully, I didn’t have an accident. I replaced two rear tires $$. I called and spoke to Benji Finance Mgr to inquire about the “Maintenance Plan” which was supposed to “cover maintenance not under warranty” as he told me, when I agreed to add it to my car loan. I asked if the plan applied to the brakes needed and was informed the plan only covers oil changes for two years. I would never have agreed to pay almost a $1,000 for a “Maintenance Plan” which covers two oil changes, max, and drive an hour for the service. This should be conveyed as an “Oil Change Plan” NOT a “Maintenance Plan” Wed. 1/1: “Key Fob Low” indicator light appeared and, in the evening, “check brake” light appeared. Thurs. 1/2: Contacted my auto service provider (import car mechanic who serviced my previously owned BMW for years) to order brake parts. Fri. 1/3: Took car to install new front brakes $$ and went to locksmith to replace key fob battery $$. I am posting a rating of three stars because although the salesman and managers are very courteous and professional, customer service goes beyond the deal table. Car buyers should be confident and secure in knowing that the product they’re purchasing has been properly maintained and prepared, at a standard, for their safety and enjoyment. Especially, since buyers are paying Dealer Prep Fees over $900, for this purpose. This fee shouldn’t be an expensive line item only. More

They are truly a reputable company, and I couldnt be more content with my selection. They truly have the best prices around, and I highly doubt that any other dealership can beat them in that department. They have a great inventory, and all their vehicles are top notch. So if you're willing to consider going to a dealership, I suggest you give them a shot first because they'll do right by you and not waste your time. More
