Terrible managers with a great sales agent! WORST: I submitted online a trade-in request to find out how much my car would be worth since I was going to trade it in. The online report stated t WORST: I submitted online a trade-in request to find out how much my car would be worth since I was going to trade it in. The online report stated that my vehicle (13 Kia Sorento - 52K miles) value was in the range of $8/$9K. I owed on the car $10K. I was quickly contacted by a representative from Benji and was informed to bring the car in for further review since the manager might help to make the trade in, a wash (receive the car for what I owed). However, after completing and selecting the car I wanted, I was told that they would only pay $4,500. In other words, I was misled. The waiting process was terrible....4 or 5 hours to finally get the numbers and close out the sale. I need to mention that I was informed that there were only two staff members working at this time, thus the delay. To make matter worst, the sales manager requested that the sales representative presents to me another car to see if I was interested. This is after I have already picked the one I wanted and had submitted the finance paperwork. Very unprofessional. Due to this issue, the trade-in value was increased by a $1K. Again, the principle of bringing a customer with the wrong impression, it is totally wrong. GREAT: The sales representative, Willie Davis was amazing. Very attentive to our needs, what were looking for and extremely informative. He did not hide or left anything out.The process was extremely long. Him and Eric from Finance are the only reason why I would recommend Benji Auto in West Park. Quite frankly, I believe that the only reason I ended up purchasing my car here, was for the assistance and service that Willie provided to me. Eric, too. More
