The finance manager was misleading and lied... He advised me that my oil changes were free... When I received the contract I was charged $2300 for maintenance packages...of which includes shuttle service... me that my oil changes were free... It was truly a good experience working with their team, no high pressure. I told them what I could pay, and they didn't try to bump me up or ask if I could pay a little more which of course I couldn't. I would buy a car from them again, and recommend them to any of my friends. I was told that the car was serviced, but I keep getting a 300 miles over B service??? Not sure about that part! More
