Let's just say this place and it's associates have a gift of gab. They maybe aware of the cars conditions in the showroom but not some much of the other cars outside. First car I wanted to drive was a Lexus of gab. They maybe aware of the cars conditions in the showroom but not some much of the other cars outside. First car I wanted to drive was a Lexus IS 250 It wouldn't even start so it makes she question are they maintaining the cars before purchase having a service center and all. I happen to fall IN LOVE with a Caddilac XT5 on Feb 19th. It has minor bumps and bruise here and there but we notice things that needed to be fix. They tell me Oh BRING IT BACK SATURDAY Feb 26th, SATURDAY we can take care it it right away bumper just need clips and back tail light must be replace. Just to bring it back the following week and they realize a LED back light is needed and bumper must be fixed in shop. Now I'm disappointed. I also realized the car had the precious owner bank statements, address info,blank check info , family pictures in the glove compartment. They didnt clean the car out before placing on lot. Car had no floor mats which wasnt a big deal but they did the bare minimum of clearing car and cleaning before giving to new owner. I live in Deerfield Beach it was a waste of time, energy and gas to drive back and forth with no solution. A waste of my time to take blind empty trips on unforfilled promises. Wasting my time when I can be taking care of my Nana on Saturdays and Sundays as I normally do but Benji service provided ensured the sale guys easy fix just to realized fix not too easy, simple and quick. Long story short I drop the car SATURDAY March 4th to Brian with NO clear ideal on when my car will be available being that I need it to get my daughter to and from school. No one will give me a clear answer on when it will be ready. Brian is very nonchalant about it and uninterestedin my presence and concerns. Alex the sale person got the sale so he could care less about my dilemma at this present time. The only reason Why the are attempting to fix is because the bank won't pay until I am satisfied with what they promise me. No one will answer the question about a loaner while they fix the issue. Only pleasant one was Eric the finance guy. Not to mention the owner son Cursed and yell at his employees while we were completing the sale of the car. Nearly 5 minutes of cursing and every other negative thing you could care to mention during my sales process. I wouldn't refer anyone here for a car and when someone ask where I got the car from I refer them elsewhere. Service never available for calls but SALES ALWAYS IS. FUNNY HUH!!!!! I have held off for 2 weeks to not give a bad review. I have been patient and understanding but this was a very disappointing experience. My issue is still not satisfied till this very moment. I have so much stuff to do however cannot do it because I am issued on blind promises they are unaware of because they lack attention to detail and proper customer service of care of the customers needs or concerns!!!! More
