I went to the location in Orlando on 10/29 with my brother to buy his first car, we were really excited but sadly things didn't work out. His credit was not good enough to get the car he wanted. For some reason (that I still don't know), in a moment while I was absent talking over my phone, they charged my brother $500.00 for no reason, there was no transaction, no contract, nothing we didn't buy anything. When I returned I was advised the money would be refunded within the next day. After that nothing happened, I have been trying to get that money back for almost a month. I have been talking to Mauricio (Manager), everyday he says something different. I have tried to reach someone who can help me with this even in the location in Miami. Nobody is listening, they just don't want to return the money! This is crazy! More

I was asked to leave a deposit which I did…. but when it was time to get that money back, I was told I had to physically come in person for a refund! The salesman knew that we were from Indiana but when it was time to get that money back, I was told I had to physically come in person for a refund!
