This service call was the 1st time we ever came here. The service rep was polite, well trained , and spoke clearly. He invited us to the waiting area and suggested coffee, which we were glad to hear however service rep was polite, well trained , and spoke clearly. I was in for service and not happy with the vehicle I had at the time. Michael Curtis helped get me into a brand new vehicle with a great warranty . The service dept insisted on charging us for parts for a repair that was supposed to happen before we picked up the vehicle but wasn't. It was in the purchase agreement. Tried to schedule the service multip repair that was supposed to happen before we picked up the vehicle but wasn't. It was in the purchase agreement. Tried to schedule the service multiple times with no success (call log history). Once we finally got the vehicle into service we had to involve the sales associate to get the situation straightened out. We even went so far as to insist that the defective parts be reinstalled on the vehicle and we would take it elsewhere. Much, much thanks to Sales Associate Chanel for getting this straightened out.
