The service center alerted me that I needed a new air filter. Then we pulled the air filter and it was fine. They said they spray something in the vents and wanted to make sure I wasn’t sensitive to smel filter. Then we pulled the air filter and it was fine. They said they spray something in the vents and wanted to make sure I wasn’t sensitive to smells. Then they charged me for it. They just positioned it like they needed to warn me and then charged the heck out of me for it. In the end, I got a $275 oil change and tire rotation and they didn’t even balance out the air in the tires. They got me. But they won’t get me twice. Never going back. More
I’m sure they are an ok dealership, but have horrible ethics when it comes to their service department. We brought our Infinity in to be assessed as we were having a couple of issues and thought we may n ethics when it comes to their service department. We brought our Infinity in to be assessed as we were having a couple of issues and thought we may need to use the warranty to fix it. They over charged us - almost $400 - to say we needed a tune up. I have contacted the dealership multiple times requesting a partial refund as I knew they were ripping me off and claiming time that was not spent on my vehicle. Each time I was told a manager would contact me, but no one ever did. They obviously don’t care about their customers and would rather over charge for diagnostics. Very disappointing and frustrating. Don’t go here for services, they will wring you dry. More
Went is for a routine rear brake service and waited 7 hours for it to be completed.
