As a longtime resident of Bellingham, I felt right at home at King Nissan. They answered my questions and were NOT pushy. They showed me exactly what I wanted to see and basically left me alone as I cruised the lot. I found a truck I liked and made my deal (usually the worst part and never easy, but in the end I got what I wanted). A couple of weeks after I bought the truck a drive belt started squeaking. I took the vehicle in and King took care of the issue right away. I know this may sound disingenuous, but I really did feel great about buying my truck from this dealer. More
I went to King Nissan looking to see what I could get for a trade-in on my 2006 Nissan Frontier and to look into purchasing an Infiniti G35/37. They were able to name an acceptable price for a trade-in and t a trade-in on my 2006 Nissan Frontier and to look into purchasing an Infiniti G35/37. They were able to name an acceptable price for a trade-in and to also find the car I wanted in another state and have in brought up here for me to purchase from them. I encountered many employees at the dealership and was met with friendliness and helpfulness in every direction. I would definitely recommend anyone I know to also check out King Nissan for their next new/used car purchase. More
My wife and I bought a used 06 altima from King Nissan. Three weeks later the front wheel bearing went south. I took it to King and asked if they could fix the problem. Low pressured sales with a mixture of fun and friendly smiles helped to make our car buying decision easier - we knew Nissan was a no brainer, but the dealership itself can make or break a deal... in this case we were pleasantly suprised with the outstanding level of service. We will be buy again for all service and car buying needs, and suggest anyone reading this come down to the dealership for a look around, test drive and to meet the staff - you will see for yourself what we have experienced... Now we are proud owners of a brand-new straight from the showroom floor Alitma. We also have a 3 year old Nissan Armada at home which is also an amazing rig. For any and all car buying needs, this is the place I have found to be the most friendly and inviting. More
I came into the dealership looking for a cheap suv for the winter. The salesmen came out and greated me. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me a nice pre owned Pathfinder. We took It for a test drive and I liked it but I was concerned about the high milage. We sat down and He showed me all the service records on the suv. I got it for a great price without having to haggle with them. Every time I come back in the wash it for me and they even gave me a deal on any service I do there. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. This was the first time I bought a car after my husband passed and they made it simple and easy. They were a bunch of great people I will be buying my next car from them. More
I purchased a Volvo from this dealership. At 35,000 miles I pointed out a problem with a vibration in the transmission. They denied there was a problem. When the transmission failed at 55,000 miles, miles I pointed out a problem with a vibration in the transmission. They denied there was a problem. When the transmission failed at 55,000 miles, a few months out of warranty they charged full price for the installation--Volvo provided the transmission free. Of interest was the service bulletin that I found a few months later indicating a flaw with transmissions that had a vibration as I had described to the dealer at 35,000 miles. The recommendation was to change the transmission fluid. A recommendation overlooked by this dealer. When pointed out to the dealer they denied that I had raised the issue though it was noted in my receipt from the 35,000 mile service. The owner was rude and simply said tough luck. Not a nice guy, and not a reliable dealership. I've heard of various other issues and would recommend you go elsewhere for your car and service. More

Do not go to this Dealership! I purchased a truck from the them in 06 and my tail gate had an issue. Even though it is still under warranty, they told me that I abused this truck or basically called me l the them in 06 and my tail gate had an issue. I bought a used Sentra with 600 miles on it from a Ford dealership. I had a few issues with it so I took it to King Nissan. They offered me a free 120-something point inspection and fixed a couple of the m dealership. I had a few issues with it so I took it to King Nissan. They offered me a free 120-something point inspection and fixed a couple of the minor issues I had. I told them it had a cold start issue so they said to schedule a day when I could leave it there and they would give me a loaner. Turns out I needed a whole new engine! Not a problem at all for them, they oredered it up and are putting it in as I'm writing. Most places I've been to I'd have to convince them what it is that's wrong then beg for them to fix it. These guys suggested it out of the blue. Great experience with them, totally friendly and willing to do warranty work that needs to be done. Always had a loaner car when they keep mine. Very professional. I recommend this dealership 100% and it even takes me over an hour to drive there. More
