The service dept insisted on charging us for parts for a repair that was supposed to happen before we picked up the vehicle but wasn't. It was in the purchase agreement. Tried to schedule the service multip repair that was supposed to happen before we picked up the vehicle but wasn't. It was in the purchase agreement. Tried to schedule the service multiple times with no success (call log history). Once we finally got the vehicle into service we had to involve the sales associate to get the situation straightened out. We even went so far as to insist that the defective parts be reinstalled on the vehicle and we would take it elsewhere. Much, much thanks to Sales Associate Chanel for getting this straightened out. When this dealership was King Nissan, I enjoyed taking my Nissan vehicles here for service. Each time the dealership was sold, it went downhill, so much so that I quit going. I recently took my vehicle in Nissan vehicles here for service. Each time the dealership was sold, it went downhill, so much so that I quit going. I recently took my vehicle in for warranty work at Bellingham Nissan. They seemed to have fixed the issue with my vehicle. (Time will tell.) Positive experience. He answered all of my questions and kept in frequent contact both via text messages and the phone walked me through what I needed to be done and why.
