Very friendly but his estimate in time to have the work done was off and i got stressed about it. I don't understand why I needed to pay a diagnostic fee when I knew it was broken and they diagnosed it nee done was off and i got stressed about it. Not happy with the poor communication and service. We drove out from Everson,said the car was ready and it wasn't. Waited an hour and then found the car to be very dirty still. Ended up leaving the car. 2.5 hours later frustrated. Came back the next day and car was still not all the way clean ?? we were told we were to fussy. Not happy with that! When you buy a new car it should look new. No apologies or compensation was offered ?? More
I caught extra $60 charge error on invoice. It was corrected but makes you wonder why. You all used to do quick vacuuming of car in years past... not any more. Those extra touches get an A+.
