Mike did a good job convincing me the EV was not lacking anything except noise. Been happy so far. I recently purchased a vehicle on August 10 and I talked to the car salesman and the sales manager, and I mentioned that I didn’t want the three added services that day ended up putting on the price of the to the car salesman and the sales manager, and I mentioned that I didn’t want the three added services that day ended up putting on the price of the vehicle. I mentioned I didn’t want it about four or five times and they still put it on there. This added $2000 to the price that I did not want. I talked to the dealer and they said that the deal was already final and funded. Trusting that they took it the added services off I went ahead and signed. I contacted customer service and the third parties that’s offering the services and they said that the dealer is able to cancel them still because they haven’t received anything yet. Filed a complaint to get these services taken off. More

Dealer ship would not respond or help with hidden issues, finance guy told us Gap was included in loan and didn't disclose price of $999.00 and didn't give us any of the paperwork that breaks down the loan. finance guy told us Gap was included in loan and didn't disclose price of $999.00 and didn't give us any of the paperwork that breaks down the loan.
