I have been a regular customer for my car service at Bellevue Nissan. The experience from last couple of services had been very unprofessional and unpleasant. During my latest experience, when the car Bellevue Nissan. The experience from last couple of services had been very unprofessional and unpleasant. During my latest experience, when the car was washed as part of complementary wash, there are many paint stains on front of the car. The service associate tried to convince me that the stains were present before the car was given for service. The images of the car before service donor contain any of them. The service manger had been very rude in handling the issue and stared using words that was very unprofessional. He drove my car for wash again, which I doubt if wash was done again! Avoid car service at Bellevue Nissan. They have zero customer service. More
First off I’m not a person that leaves bad reviews. This experience was so terrible I have to let people know. I recently brought my 2012 GTR into Nissan of Bellevue for a ticking noise from engine diagnosi experience was so terrible I have to let people know. I recently brought my 2012 GTR into Nissan of Bellevue for a ticking noise from engine diagnosis and Coolant flush. I dropped it and got a loaner car with Adrien (He is great). I was in a rush and got out of there pretty quick after showing him the noise etc. When I came to pick my car up after hours I noticed my car was washed, we didn’t discuss that. I didn’t think much of it, being they had washed it before no problem. I got to the gas station to discover deep swirl marks ALL over my black paint; I felt sick. I baby that car and the paint was almost completely swirl free with ceramic coating on it. I have spent countless hours polishing it myself. They were closed so I called the next day to tell them about the damage. They told me to bring it in to look at it and have their detailer try and polish it out. When I spoke to their Service manager Damon he was super unapologetic and defensive when I told him the situation. He told me I was somewhat “culpable” because I didn’t tell them NOT to wash it. He offered me a $200 in service credit; granted this is before I picked the car up to see what it looked like after it was “detailed”. They called and said it was good to go. I went to pick it up and it was barely any different and the wash job looked like it went through brown bear (long spots missed completely on rocker panels). The following day I contacted the General Manager and gave him an estimate from a reputable detail shop ($1050) to 3 stage polish the whole car including my front end clear mask. He said he will talk to the service manager about it and get back to me. I heard back a few days later just to read that they weren’t accepting responsibility for the deep swirls. I found that a bit laughable being they gave me an invoice saying it was scratched in the wash and they were buffing it out. They offered a $500 credit towards service and said they hoped that would help and we could continue business. I responded no that doesn’t work I just want my car fixed; never heard back. I strongly urge GTR owners to avoid a business that doesn’t right their wrongs and makes you feel like you are just trying to get something free from them. I was very nice and understanding and I offered an easy solution of fixing their mistake. More

After service, car wasn't washed or vacuumed. when notified I got 5 min car vacuum which was bad and beyond expectation. Tire rotation was done but no one even cared to check tire pressure, when asked the answer was they might have missed it. This is really frustrating when you spend you hard earned money and you get nothing in return as a customer. The representative was humble but the service I got was not per my expectation. More

The sales and finance department were incredibly rude and condescending. I was told I would get a discount for loyalty and promised a lower price on the phone than what they offered me in the store. condescending. Not at all what was advertised. Award-winning customer service is far from the truth. Intimidation, aggressive tactics, and zero respect. Amir, nikhil, and the financial manager (Nick)failed to live up to service is far from the truth. Intimidation, aggressive tactics, and zero respect. Amir, nikhil, and the financial manager (Nick)failed to live up to the Nissan customer experience. It takes very little effort to be honest, and have integrity. These few gentlemen who we worked with greatly fell below the mark. Please feel free to reach out at any time. More
They pushed a piece of paper across to me to sign for car I wanted to purchase. They had added thousands of dallars of add ons, warranty, $799.00 for some theft crap. They thought I wouldn't notice for som I wanted to purchase. They had added thousands of dallars of add ons, warranty, $799.00 for some theft crap. They thought I wouldn't notice for some reason. After taking add ons off, the theft one they had to have on there down to $400.00, google this, and warranty knocked down, which I regret getting, I have a reasonable payment. They said they couldn't drop the sticker price either. Even though there's a pandemic. Not alot of customers. I left with my newly purchased car I payed sticker price for. The next day I got an alert from a site that I used saying my car I just purchased from Bellevue Nissan had dropped in price by $1800! The following day they had it as sold! Who got the $1800? Who changed the paper work? Couldn't slip add ons on so do something else shady to get money. I called and complained. I was put on hold than hung up on, was told management was in meetings. There is a pandemic. Short staff. A meeting? I feel they took $1800 from me. I want people to know how Bellevue Nissan runs there business. I will not be a returning customer. I won't tell my friends who are essential workers to buy there next vehicle at this place. I doubt I will ever return to a car dealership. And when my plates came in, I had to pay $15.00 more to get those! I wanted to be done with this place. Go somewhere else to buy your vehicle. More

The type of people that give car salespeople a bad name. Sales has dollar-signs in their eyes and do not attempt to educate themselves on the the details of cars that are important to customers. They bombar Sales has dollar-signs in their eyes and do not attempt to educate themselves on the the details of cars that are important to customers. They bombard potential customers with non-stop calls from every single person in the Sales department all trying to steal customers from each other. They do not actually listen to you as the customer - you are treated like a mark and they continually talk over you so that you do not have any time to ask questions or forget because they are overly long-winded and cannot seem to give a straight, simple answer. They get really upset at the prospect that you could talk to another dealer. They get upset if you are not a good mark and would not consider buying a car without test driving the specific model or don't buy quickly under pressure sales. They play mind games like you owe them for doing nothing at all - less than any other sales people would do for smaller purchases. Lots of red flags if you're paying attention and are a moderately savvy consumer. I've bought four new cars from dealerships in my lifetime, and this has been the only bad experience I've had with dealership sales EVER. More
