We can’t say enough positive things about our experience at Bellevue Nissan and the incredible staff there. 😁👏🏻🎉 TLDR: Go there if you’re selling your car. Yesterday, my husband and I were in the market to sell both our cars — we went to Bellevue Nissan primarily for my car but we figured, why not see if they were interested in my husband’s car too? They absolutely were, even though it wasn’t a Nissan.🚗🚙 We had worked with Eijaz to set up the appointment, and when we arrived, Eijaz had arranged for us to work with Devon on his behalf since Eijaz was busy with other customers and didn’t want us to have to wait. Devon was AMAZING. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 (Can’t emphasize that enough!!) He really advocated for us to get the best deal. We’d gotten our cars appraised at a few other places, and Bellevue Nissan had the best starting offer. They even check around with all the dealerships they own to make sure they’re offering the best price any of them can propose. Devon negotiated with us from there to land where we had wanted. It was the smoothest, most satisfying experience I’ve ever had at a dealership! 😊 Plus, because my husband and I BOTH ended up selling our cars that day, they provided us a temporary loaner for a week while we transitioned to the new cars we were purchasing elsewhere. And no, there was ZERO pressure from Devon or any of the staff to trade in our vehicles or buy something new from them instead of what we’d planned — they were perfectly OK with a direct sale to them and nothing more.👍🏻👍🏻 (Although if we were interested in a Nissan, we 100% would have given them our business!) Thank you to Devon, Eijaz, and the whole Nissan Bellevue team for setting the GOLD STANDARD🏆 for what a dealership experience should be like! It truly is “Better in Bellevue!”✨ More
I originally brought in my 2018 Nissan Leaf for repair on October 19, 2022. The part I needed, instrument cluster, was on back order. The part was order on Oct 19, 2022, expected to arrive first week in Dece October 19, 2022. The part I needed, instrument cluster, was on back order. The part was order on Oct 19, 2022, expected to arrive first week in December 2022, and was finally installed March 10, 2023. My experience with the customer services department was very frustrating. There was a complete lack of communication (no follow-up of any kind), false promises regarding arrival time of the part, failure to let me know when the part arrived, and a lack of concern when I voiced frustrations throughout the entire process. I still have yet to speak to a manager despite multiple requests to have someone call me back. I have requested this 8 separate times over the past several months. All I wanted was some accountability and ownership over the poor customer service experience. More
Avoid at all costs, especially if looking to get a fair value on selling your car. Bellevue Nissan website has a built in Kelly Blue Book instant cash offer feature for selling your car to them even if you value on selling your car. Bellevue Nissan website has a built in Kelly Blue Book instant cash offer feature for selling your car to them even if you aren't buying another car. I entered the information on my 2020 Hyundai Sonata with 13,000 miles in mint condition. Non smoker, no kids, car garaged, leased vehicle that had all maintenance performed by the dealership and had no accidents/damage. Instant offer was $22,140 and within minutes I had emails and texts from Bellevue Nissan to schedule a time for me to bring in the car for an inspection. I scheduled to stop by the next day and brought eveything needed for the transaction. They did a cursory lookover and test drive and said nothing was wrong with the car. Jason, the sales rep I was assigned to, came out with a $20,000 offer. I asked why it was so much lower than the offer from their website and he went to speak to his boss. He came back and said $21,000 was their best offer because the car was only worth $23,000. I asked again why lower than the website offer and he got angry and defensive and said "because the front tires". The front tires?! The front tires are original to the car, with no damage, normal wear for the disclosed mileage but somehow worth $1,100 deduction?! I said this was ridiculous and I wanted my key and paperwork back. He returned with my stuff and clearly irritated saying $21,500 final offer but I was so insulted by his complete BS lie about why they wouldn't honor the website price that I asked to speak to his manager. I asked his manager, Oscar, how "front tires" was reason to not honor the website price and he said my car was worth $25,000 but he'd have to put $2,000 into it because "it costs a lot to run a car lot" so the final offer left him only $800 in profit. Notice how much all the numbers kept changing about the value of my car and that the math on their profit doesn't add up? Yeah, that's because all they do is lie, lie, lie. I asked him why his employee lied and gave me such a bad attitude about honoring the website price and his only response was that he'd "talk to him about it". Meanwhile, Jason spent this time glaring at us from the office and complaining to his coworkers about us. Hot tip to Jason: the office walls are made of glass. We can see and hear you. They lost me as a customer for this transaction and all future possibilities. On the way out, we even ran into another customer complaining about the same issue when trying to sell their car. Totally deceptive bait and switch techniques to get you in and low ball you while price gouging markups on their cars on the lot so they are screwing people coming and going. Literally Carvana is offering more for sales/trade-ins than Bellevue Nissan is so save yourself the time and avoid the lies by selling anywhere else! I'll be making sure to report this behavior to the BBB and Nissan corporate. Folks like this give car dealers a bad reputation and there is no reason to be treated like this anymore. More
Best money spent, according to my wife. ❤ She loves this dealership and I do too. They had the perfect car for her and the best salesman Devin Miller, because he listened well and answered ❤ She loves this dealership and I do too. They had the perfect car for her and the best salesman Devin Miller, because he listened well and answered all questions with honesty & kindness. I will tell all my friends about him and his Manager Joey. Great people to know when you want to buy a car, new or used. Thank you guys❗ More
Bad (borderline illegal? ) experience speaking to a sales associate. First, the sales associate avoided answering where their 2023 cars are being "shipped in" from, even thoug ) experience speaking to a sales associate. First, the sales associate avoided answering where their 2023 cars are being "shipped in" from, even though they are currently coming in from out of state. He initially tried to say "Tacoma," but long story short: they're coming from Mexico, where there's been flooding. The long story: I saw that the cars in question were being shipped to Bellevue. So I asked where they're from. He tried to avoid the question and said the cars are in Tacoma, which is technically true, but there's not where they're from. When I pressed further, he said, "oh, not the east coast," then "usually somewhere international." Then he put me on hold just to finally admit they came from Mexico (where there's been A LOT of recent flooding). He also tried to tell me the information I had on the correct MSRP value wasn't accurate, because apparently I was looking at the wrong model (not true). I know these behaviors are common for car dealerships, but I just wanted to warn others. At least be aware of where they're shipping in "new" cars from. Legally, dealerships MUST tell you where the cars are from, and given the amount of dodging, it seems like they were almost doing something illegal, but they did ultimately tell me. More
I did not have a good experience with Nissan Bellevue from the get-go. This will be a long review but ultimately their team guilted me into purchasing a vehicle that had faulty and improper repairs done from the get-go. This will be a long review but ultimately their team guilted me into purchasing a vehicle that had faulty and improper repairs done on it and they now refuse to offer a solution to the issue. I brought my Murano in to be checked and turns out it was totaled, they offered to buy back my car for $2,500 and suggested I look around for a replacement vehicle. After test driving cars, I didn't find one I liked in my budget and was planning to walk away as it's a big decision and purchase. Their sales rep working with me (Doug) was extremely pushy, kept trying to sell me different cars, extend the payment time frame to lower the monthly payment (which does not solve the issue of a car being out of my desired budget), and clearly did not want to take no for an answer. I requested to just take the buyback amount they offered, but they then stated they would only give me $1,500 if I wasn't buying a vehicle from them. They did not inform me of this caveat when they made the original offer. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing a used Audi that was in my budget, utilizing the full buyback amount as a credit. I was glad to have found a car I liked in my budget but did not enjoy my experience. Fast forward, I have been having issues with my car leaking fluid after already having to replace a tire (flat due to no visible puncture) only a month or two into having the car. I tried to bring my car into Nissan as the sales rep had told me that they would be able to service my car there for anything I needed, which was a lie. The service crew would not even look at my car since it wasn't a Nissan. I was finally able to get a service appointment at my car's home dealership and turns out my car had previously been in a major accident and several parts under the hood were installed improperly. None of this was disclosed to me at the time of the purchase. The car had been leaking, probably since I purchased it and the part was clearly eroding all due to an improper installation. The cost to replace the fluid tank/pump is over $800 because the vehicle was not properly inspected when it came into possession by Nissan, even though I was assured it was in great condition and everything had been thoroughly looked over. I called Nissan to explain the issue to them and they informed me my original sales rep was in and she would have him talk to me. The person who came to the phone was not my original sales rep (perhaps because he knew he was in the wrong and didn't want to own up to it?) and unfortunately said there was nothing they would do. I am extremely disappointed with my entire experience with Nissan Bellevue and feel completely lied to and taken advantage of by their team. They guilted and coerced me into purchasing a vehicle from them that was not properly cared for and then told me that there was nothing they would do to help resolve the situation. I encourage anyone who goes here, especially young women, to be wary of their team as clearly they do not have your best interest at heart and will do whatever they need to in order to make a sale and not take responsibility for selling a faultily repaired vehicle. Markups over 10% should be outlawed. Not sure why you dealerships choose to disregard long standing customers. You stand to gain a lot more by maintaining a good reputation. What's crazy is the markup prices on their lot. I saw this one car marked up over 15k dollars. What a shame and can't support this business practice. I saw this one car marked up over 15k dollars. What a shame and can't support this business practice. More
