Had been taking my car to BELL ROAD for (5) years however their cutting customer perks like: no more car washes, no snacks and the SERVICE ADVISOR who wants your money and then 'good bye Charley without even their cutting customer perks like: no more car washes, no snacks and the SERVICE ADVISOR who wants your money and then 'good bye Charley without even talking about your car. It appeared to me the the SERVICE ADVISORS are under lots of pressure to move you out and service the next customer. First Keyes attempted to get rid of the car wash with an off site wash but that didn't work. He then said no more washes because the city had issues with their water usage which was a big fib. He then used the Covid excuse while other Dealers still wash the customers car etc. Keyes wants you to spend your money there but doesn't want to spend money on just small perks. On the flip side we took my wife's Lexus in to the Lexus Dealer and wow night and day! More
I took my car to Bell Rd Toyota January 7th 2021, around 7 AM. I had brought it in to get a rattle I heard diagnosed nothing else was wrong except a p0420 code which I had bought the parts to fix before bri 7 AM. I had brought it in to get a rattle I heard diagnosed nothing else was wrong except a p0420 code which I had bought the parts to fix before bringing it in. The rattle did not make me think I had a rod knock, my family is very car savvy. It only rattled around third gear and not fourth or fifth. First thing they did was drive it back to the service center. They did not put any plastic wrap over the seat and no floor mats, I saw them do it to other vehicles while I was there. I had left to run some errands. I got a message around 1-2 PM, they asked me if I wanted to go through with getting a new engine, they said it was a rod knock and I had wanted to know why they thought that I wanted them to explain their findings. So I headed back to talk about this new engine. I was a little upset that they left my windows down with my car keys in it because the car I have is very unique and the adviser I was working with wasn't watching. I made it known I was upset with this. I literally walked up to my car and took out the keys without anyone telling me I can't so anyone could have walked up and grabbed them. They didn't explain how they found out it was a rod knock, only explaining what a rod knock was which I already know what it is. My boyfriend then asked what was new on the engine they would be putting in, and the advisor said everything was new, my boyfriend also asked about the belt tensioner and they repeated that everything on the engine is new. I was told it would be done the following Friday afternoon or Saturday morning and I never received a call. I had to call them Friday asking them if my car was done or when I could pick it up, or if I would be picking it up Saturday. I ended up calling them and was told that the advisor I was working with was not there so they gave me to his assistant. He told me that the adviser I was working with wanted to wait three days, which I was not told by the original advisor. Saturday came along and I was told by the assistant advisor to come pick up my car. I was excited, I got in the car and I turned it on and things seemed normal, I continued to drive off, thinking that they had test drove it and all was well. I turned right off the lot and right as I got into first gear the check engine started flashing and I pulled over and turned off the car. I called my boyfriend and he told me to take the car back as soon as I turned it on it started chugging as if I was on a motorcycle. I noticed that my whole steering wheel, and shift knob was oily. I got out. I looked at my hands and there was oil all over my hands. So they did not clean or sanitize my car in the little of a pandemic before giving it back to me. I also now noticed on the back after I got out that they have oil handprints all over my car, and all over my bumper. I forgot to mention I put $5,000 down and the total cost was around $9,785. The assistant advisor told me this is why we would keep it till Tuesday, which if I got the opportunity to take my car because I didn't want to walk home from work in the night, I would take it. I told him I have surgery on the 26th, and that I shouldn't be walking because I could pop my tumor. My boyfriend and I asked for a rental and was told the rental place is closed at that time and that he wouldn't be able to give me a rental till Monday. Monday came around and they didn't call me. I had to call them once again. I asked what's up with my car, why is it making noise and why is it doing what it's doing. I was then told it was the fuel injectors. So that day I brought eight injectors to them, because we have project cars that have the same engine. Four of them were from a blown engine, and the other four were from a newly rebuilt engine they should have worked, I don't know how they didn't. I was told all eight were bad and then I would have to buy new. I was fed up so my boyfriend went to the director, He basically said hey look I need a rental because my girlfriend is walking alone at night and this is getting ridiculous because we gave you eight fuel injectors and they should have worked, or at least four of them should have worked because they were off of newly rebuilt engine. We then bought four new ones and paid for the work to be put in and they told me it was running too rich now. I went into my surgery and now that I got my car back my speakers didn't work and it still doesn't run correctly. A week and half of driving it. It started to sound horrible. It turned out it was a huge exhaust leak, and they still couldn't figure it out. They had 2 master toyota techs working on it and they finally found out after buying me a new ecu and new stock intake. That they tightened cylinder 1 valve too tight. So now they're buying me more parts. So I guess they spent almost as much as I paid for them. They bought me 3 o2 sensors, ecu, intake, plus whatever they're buying now to fix the valve that's tightened to tight. Got my car not even 2 days later on March 5th the car goes up in smoke in a drive thru line. I pull over to check and didn't notice anything drove it home later march 6th we were driving and it started to overheat, we pulled over to notice my overflow hose wasn't clamped on at all it looked like they basically noticed and left it because they didn't want to break it even more OR they broke it and didn't bother to clamp it but anyways I waited and waited till March 14th they said they got the part in, and we're actually debating on fixing it. So they choose to fix it... good choice toyota! I got it back Tuesday march 14th and then march 15th my car went up in smoke AGAIN. my car has coolant everywhere on the back of my car up to the tail lights. THEY DIDN'T CONNECT MY COOLANT HOSES PROPERLY, it looked like they got tired and half assed it. I don't care if they gave me free parts to fix other parts THEY xxxxED UP I want my money back. More
I bought a 5 year 75,000 mile maintenance plan when I bought my new 2015 Tacoma. Since I am retired I do not put many miles on the truck. When I had my last maintenance (bases upon time intervals) I had bought my new 2015 Tacoma. Since I am retired I do not put many miles on the truck. When I had my last maintenance (bases upon time intervals) I had 46,000 miles on the truck. I asked to have the 72,000 mile service to be done. This service, which was paid for in the plan I purchased, would have given me an oil change, spark plugs and all filters. I was told that I would get an oil change ONLY. In short I was denied what I had paid for. Moral of the story - if you will not be putting miles on your vehicle DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THE EXTENDED MAINTENANCE PLAN. YOU WILL GET SCREWED. More
DO NOT use this dealership! I had bought my last car from them and planned on buying a new one. They did not have in stock and made me put a $500 deposit down to hold one coming in, completely refundable. To them and planned on buying a new one. They did not have in stock and made me put a $500 deposit down to hold one coming in, completely refundable. Took my credit card on phone. I decided not to buy car and they said I was REQUIRED to make the 90 minute drive round trip to get my refund in person. I appealed to both the Leasing Manager and the GM, neither of which returned multiple phone calls. Ended up having to file a dispute with the credit card company. TERRIBLE customer service and would NEVER buy another car there. More

He explained the differences between features and gave us great tips to continue to upgrade the vehicle long term. This guy knows his stuff. God bless this actual honest salesman. Musa was able to seal the deal with his direction on savings and importance of a long term purchase. I love that he explained in detail the offer and provided me an outlook without the maintenance for 5 years and 7 year warranty on the car. More

We had a difficult car purchase, as a couple of issues showed up with our brand-new Prius Prime before we were able to take possession of it. (A key was missing and a new one had to be made, plus we discovered some body damage on the new car which needed to be repaired.) Tim was so kind and supportive. He communicated with us every step of the way, and answered every question we had promptly and in detail. I wish I could find someone like Tim to deal with in every company I do business with. He made us feel cared for, and in a big purchase like a new car that is really important. If you need a new car, I highly recommend Tim. More

I feel like i got swindled. I purchased a vehicle that had a sticker price of one thing and i was charged 2k more than what it was supposed to be! My fault for trusting the word of the salesman so when i had a sticker price of one thing and i was charged 2k more than what it was supposed to be! My fault for trusting the word of the salesman so when i came to the finance manager he was making small talk to distract from looking at the paperwork i signed which was also my fault! MAKE SURE YOU READ THE SALES CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING because now a car that i thought was 34k turned out to be 43k! More
Tim is a great guy! I worked with him over the phone to start, because I live out of state. He was friendly and worked hard to make sure I didn't pay for things that I didn't need, or couldn't use. Althoug start, because I live out of state. He was friendly and worked hard to make sure I didn't pay for things that I didn't need, or couldn't use. Although this was the first time he sold a vehicle to an out of state client, he maintained contact with me to make sure that I got the information I needed to get my title transferred as quickly as possible. I felt welcomed and valued, even though it wasn't the most expensive of cars and I appreciate Tim's attitude and professionalism, while being down to earth and personable. Clifford Washington processed my financial paperwork with me, and he couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with. Thanks, guys! More
Angela Pecze helped my daughter purchase her first car. Angela was amazing. We were needing a specific payment and a specific amount on a trade in that was not owned by my daughter. The original payment te Angela was amazing. We were needing a specific payment and a specific amount on a trade in that was not owned by my daughter. The original payment terms came back and were not at all what we needed. Angie went on our behalf and was able to get us a higher amount for the trade and couple thousand less on the sale price. She did all of this within minutes. Not hours, we didn't have to go back and forth and have multiple sales and finance people pressuring us. I came to the dealership a couple days prior to look at the vehicles available and get the trade in evaluated. My daughter and I spoke with her and agreed to get together in a couple days when my daughter would be in town. Unfortunately the vehicles that my daughter was most interested in were sold within those two days but Angie had two others she believed would work for my daughter. Angie didn't pressure us at all. She was knowledgeable and helpful in a genuine way. We felt as though she genuinely cared about us and acted more as a friend then a salesperson. Would recommend Angie at Bell Road Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
