We recently leased a Toyota at Bell Toyota in Phoenix on 7/18/21. Part of the deal was that our trade in would be paid off. Our next payment on the trade in was due on 7/20/21 (has a 10 day grace period). W 7/18/21. Part of the deal was that our trade in would be paid off. Our next payment on the trade in was due on 7/20/21 (has a 10 day grace period). We received a call from Musa Dahdal (finance manager) on 8/6/21 saying that they could not get the payoff information. He was very condescending both on the phone and by email. I got the payoff on 8/9/21 and emailed Musa. He then proceeded to tell me that we owe additional money to close our account. At the time the contract was signed, the payoff was $30,800. The current payoff is $31,238.92. This now includes a late fee and of course addition daily per diem as this is now going on over 3 weeks since the contract was signed. Even after explaining this, Musa continued to say that it was my car and my payoff. The director of finance (Diego Munoz) and the GM were all CCd on emails and no one has reached out to correct this or provide any type of customer service. We were originally happy with the sales department and were looking forward to doing additional business with this location in the future, however because of this, we will definitely think twice. Dealership was clean and lively all the staff were attentive. Mark helped me when there was nobody els. I was told people were too busy. I was told Mark was new but he sold me the best Toyota Camry. I’m a hard sell I wouldn’t take anything less than black interior people were too busy. I was told Mark was new but he sold me the best Toyota Camry. May 12th I purchased a used 2018 Nissan Pathfinder just to find out a week in smoke was blowing out my exhaust and seeping from under the hood. Not only have you failed to refund the money from the rental, but it takes days or weeks to get in touch with anyone as the problem has persisted. Since Thursday I have tried to resolve the issue to no avail. Fast forward today I dropped my car off at Nissan to find out my warranties have been voided under the prior owners possession due to a neglected engine which the repairs consist of a WHOLE NEW engine. I spoke with your manager Roger Hadaad who let me sit for two hours with out zero communication in regards to a resolution. I've called 4x since leaving after Roger promised to call with answers, but no contact and in fact was hung up on. Your customer service is trash, your loyalty to people is pathetic and I truly hope people are aware of the mistreatment and headaches you offer and completely avoid your dealership at all costs. I will be pursuing every avenue to make this right and since you lack the decency to speak to me I will start here on Facebook. Please don't go there people. Their reviews are trash and I can confirm such. More

My wife and I stopped in to inquire about a vehicle lease for our 16 year old daughter. Mark and his manager Josh were very easy going and pleasant to work with!
