May 12th I purchased a used 2018 Nissan Pathfinder just to find out a week in smoke was blowing out my exhaust and seeping from under the hood. Took it into service to be gone for a week to be told, "We ca to find out a week in smoke was blowing out my exhaust and seeping from under the hood. Not only have you failed to refund the money from the rental, but it takes days or weeks to get in touch with anyone as the problem has persisted. Since Thursday I have tried to resolve the issue to no avail. Fast forward today I dropped my car off at Nissan to find out my warranties have been voided under the prior owners possession due to a neglected engine which the repairs consist of a WHOLE NEW engine. I spoke with your manager Roger Hadaad who let me sit for two hours with out zero communication in regards to a resolution. I've called 4x since leaving after Roger promised to call with answers, but no contact and in fact was hung up on. Your customer service is trash, your loyalty to people is pathetic and I truly hope people are aware of the mistreatment and headaches you offer and completely avoid your dealership at all costs. I will be pursuing every avenue to make this right and since you lack the decency to speak to me I will start here on Facebook. Please don't go there people.
