Chris had just left the dealership, when my husband and I arrived (I had not called ahead), so Sam took over. Sam was very helpful without being obnoxious or laying on the hard sell. When we decided what we wanted, Sam expressed an inability to negotiate a lower price, due to the limited availability of the Prius V, and of the specific color we wanted (blue / though we took the red, which they traded for, from another dealer). Jerry came in to negotiate a small break for us. Although we felt we could have gotten a better deal (doesn't everyone?), we felt the deal was fair. All in all, it was a far better experience than I had anticipated and we would definitely buy from Chris/Sam/Jerry again. More
