0/5 stars, these dudes sucks. So I had been on the phone with a salesman named Tio for a few days. I called about this truck that they had just gotten. It was a used truck that they just got in. So new that with a salesman named Tio for a few days. I called about this truck that they had just gotten. It was a used truck that they just got in. So new that they had it listed as coming soon on their website. I told him I’d buy it. He told me the keys were in his pocket and that he’d sell me the truck on Saturday. I told him where I’m driving from etc. I’m coming from out of state. He said it would be ready Saturday. Turns out it was ready on Friday, and here I am 1:25pm Tio calls me and says, “bad news, they sold the truck.” Now at this point his management, knew they had a sale, knew they had a customer that was going to buy the truck, and knew that we had pre-negotiated some stuff, and knew that I was driving out there. Nope, sold the xxxxxx thing under my nose. BAD BUSINESS. I do not recommend buying from them if this is how they run their dealership. I will not be buying from them ever. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 More
We worked with Tim for a used Hybrid Toyota a couple months ago. Though we finally bought a different make and model car through a different dealer last week, we really appreciate Tim's patience and op months ago. Never buy a used car, or service agreement for a used car, because it is Not worth the paper its' written on! We purchased a 3 year pre-paid maintenance agreement from Bell Road Toyota in June 2019. Of c car, because it is Not worth the paper its' written on! We purchased a 3 year pre-paid maintenance agreement from Bell Road Toyota in June 2019. Of course, we expected a 3-year agreement made in 2019 to last AT LEAST 3 years from the Date of Agreement Purchase! Boy were we surprised to discover that the coverage for our 3 year agreement actually started on the creation date of the car, and had subsequently expired on June 2020! We do NOT recommend Bell Toyota or at this point Any Toyota Dealership for ANY automobile purchase. If all dealerships are doing business this way, then there IS a HUGE business opportunity for a Some REALLY Honest and Trustworthy Dealership to completely TAKE OVER THE MARKET! file:///home/wbhurst/personal/toyota/corolla-2017/toyota-corolla-2017-platinum-service-agreement-2019Jun23.pdf More
Hunter helped make our purchase fair and fun. We never felt like we were being "sold" to. Best experience at a car dealership we have ever had, only one we have enjoyed. I have been a Toyota customer for a long time. I have 2 vehicles financed through Toyota Financial. I was in the market looking to upgrade one of them to an SUV. I am left speechless after my experience to vehicles financed through Toyota Financial. I was in the market looking to upgrade one of them to an SUV. I am left speechless after my experience today. This review is based on my experience with Jose Alvarez. My first impression of this place when I pulled up, I witnessed a salesman driving a brand new camry off of the sidewalk from the curb onto the parking lot without a ramp, right in front of the interested customer. He's lucky it wasn't my vehicle. But that shows how they treat their vehicles. Anyways, I went inside and asked for Jose Alvarez whom I had texted briefly about my situation the day before. Here was my situation: I was already approved through my credit union, applied with another credit union as well and was waiting on their response, but wanted to go into the dealership to see if they had more competitive options through their lenders. Again, I already had one approval through my credit union for a brand new rav4 and 3 more approvals through Vroom. I was solely coming here to see if they could beat the rates offered to me elsewhere. The first thing I asked Jose when he greeted me was if they had any Rav4's available. He didn't even ask me what year I was referring to and he instantly shook his head no even though there was one right there in the showroom. He said he had ONE used one, I asked what the price was he said $27,000. (I looked online, they actually had and still have several different rav4s both older and newer models.) When he told me they only had ONE priced at $27,000 he said, "That's too much huh?" I should've stopped him there but I didn't. He was already judging me and didn't even know my budget nor my credit. He didnt even show me ANY of the available vehicles in person. This is within me being there for 5 minutes. He said he was going to grab the keys so we can check out the used Rav4....within seconds he changed topics and asked how much do I have down? I wasn't going to be honest, because I am not an UNexperienced buyer, I am not going to lay my cards out on the table for the typical salesman to take advantage of me by telling him exactly what I have right off the bat. I told him I didn't plan on putting money down. Suddenly everything changed. I truly do not understand what happened after this. He embarrassed me by getting up and telling me, "oh, I can't help you! I would've never told you to come if you didn't have money. You don't have that $7,000 down that was discussed? If you don't then we CAN'T help you." First of all, where is $7,000 down from? I asked him this, then he says I was talking to another person supposedly! I never went over numbers with these people. They don't even know that I had a trade in and they didn't even run my credit. He literally told me to leave. When I told him "you didn't even check my credit? What is going on??" He said, "oh, do you got good credit?" At that point I got up and left because I felt so judged and disrespected. I am truly speechless and so confused about what happened. Even if he got me mixed up with another customer, why are you telling a customer you can't help them unless they have a $7,000 DOWN payment? That is a lie and I hope that person knows they can find much better with $7,000 down at another dealership! Again, even if he honestly had me confused with someone else- You're telling me there is nothing you could have done to find a cheaper car if I so called didn't have enough?? He had me mixed up with another person the entire time and judged my appearance. I am truly confused and speechless. This dealership should require their employees to take an IQ test. More

We recently leased a Toyota at Bell Toyota in Phoenix on 7/18/21. Part of the deal was that our trade in would be paid off. Our next payment on the trade in was due on 7/20/21 (has a 10 day grace period). W 7/18/21. Part of the deal was that our trade in would be paid off. Our next payment on the trade in was due on 7/20/21 (has a 10 day grace period). We received a call from Musa Dahdal (finance manager) on 8/6/21 saying that they could not get the payoff information. He was very condescending both on the phone and by email. I got the payoff on 8/9/21 and emailed Musa. He then proceeded to tell me that we owe additional money to close our account. At the time the contract was signed, the payoff was $30,800. The current payoff is $31,238.92. This now includes a late fee and of course addition daily per diem as this is now going on over 3 weeks since the contract was signed. Even after explaining this, Musa continued to say that it was my car and my payoff. The director of finance (Diego Munoz) and the GM were all CCd on emails and no one has reached out to correct this or provide any type of customer service. We were originally happy with the sales department and were looking forward to doing additional business with this location in the future, however because of this, we will definitely think twice.
