We spent about 2 hours. Larry was very polite, but the process took very long. At the end, the absolute best price he offered us was absurdly high. We were looking to buy a closeout 2012 Highlander (Mid process took very long. At the end, the absolute best price he offered us was absurdly high. We were looking to buy a closeout 2012 Highlander (Mid september) from off the lot that had a $1000 rebate on it. My wife and I are 52 years old, and have bought many cars before and knew the best price offered was a total rip-off and told our salesman so. But Larry stuck to the price. One day later, we paid $6000 less for the same car (same year, model and accessories) AND got $1000 more for our trade in at Right Toyota --$7000 savings. We even got the color we wanted. Some variation in price is understandable, but $7000 difference between dealers is ridiculous. More
Let me begin to say how I am pleased with the entire staff here at Bell Road Toyota. Fred my sales consultant was very polite and patient with me and my husband in helping us to purchasing our 2008 Toyo staff here at Bell Road Toyota. Fred my sales consultant was very polite and patient with me and my husband in helping us to purchasing our 2008 Toyota Corolla. We went in trying to follow a strict budget for our new vehicle being that this was going to be our second car payment and Fred in the sales department and Sam in finance worked hard to get us a aggressive intrest rate along with a great price on our new vehicle. Sam was a very nice guy and helped to make the finance proccess easy and hassle free. We did have a small issue with the battery going out in our new corolla but after a quick call they took care of the issue. All around our purchase experience could not be any better and I appreciate everybody's hard work. More

This is my third 4Runner. I love my 4Runner but typically dread the dealer experience. This time was different. Kylor was my salesperson and most of our discussions took place over email which is what I pref dread the dealer experience. This time was different. Kylor was my salesperson and most of our discussions took place over email which is what I preferred and requested. He was very nice, not pushy, and gave me all the numbers he could over email. We were able to agree on the price and there were no surprised when I showed up to make the deal. I even had another dealer tell me he could beat any price I had, but i felt Kylor and the team at Bell Road were genuine and really won over my business. As a result I got the 4Runner i wanted for the price I wanted. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and accomodating. I really value that Kylor took into consideration what I wanted. I wanted to see the numbers via email before going further and most dealers just ignore my requests and try to call and beg you to come in for a test drive. I realize he could not tell me the trade in value for my car without seeing it, but he did do all he could in a honest and non-pushy manner. Great experience all around. More

I visited Bell Road Toyota on Saturday, August 18th. I had been in my first car accident on August 16th, my car was totaled, and I wanted to test drive a Corolla. Doreen worked with me and was friendly a had been in my first car accident on August 16th, my car was totaled, and I wanted to test drive a Corolla. Doreen worked with me and was friendly and helpful; however, I was very stressed out and emotional since I've never A) been in an accident or B) bought a car. Ultimately, I left the dealership exhausted and exasperated since I had been to three other dealerships that day and was not able to find anything in my budget I liked. The problems I had with your customer service & friendliness began when I got back to my house, to find I had a voice message from a "sales manager" named "Eric." He claimed they'd just gotten a trade-in Elantra (one of the other cars I'd been looking at, and had disclosed to Doreen) with low mileage and really wanted me to take a look at it. Though tired and frustrated, I returned to the dealership, thinking there was a potential car sale ahead of me. Was I ever mistaken! I was told to have a seat; Doreen told me the manager was "in the other building and would be right out," and I was left sitting in one of the little cubicles for over 20 minutes. Then, two policemen walked in the building, up to me, and asked what I was doing there. I relayed the story of how I had come back due to a voice message -- thinking there was a car for me, and how now I was pretty sure that was all just a ploy to get me back onto the property. I asked if I was under arrest or if I was being charged with a crime; though I wasn't, the cops informed me someone had made a complaint to them because of how I was acting earlier and they were concerned because I had my infant daughter with me. I am LIVID about the way this was handled by the staff at Bell Road Toyota. It's a car dealership. Stressed out emotional people walk in and out of their doors every day. If someone was truly concerned about my well being or the safety of my daughter, they should have approached me in the moment or let me know they intended to call the police. Instead, they fabricated a story about a car they wanted to sell (which I doubt exists, nor this "sales manager") just so I could be harassed by police. I've been a loyal Toyota driver my whole life. So are both my parents. Bell Road Toyota engaged in dishonest trickery and made my weekend even more stressful than it already was. They just lost a customer for life. More
