I went back to Bell Road Toyota because the lease on my 2010 Rav4 was coming to an end. I wanted to see what my options were (including buying my existing car outright). I still wasn't 100% sure I wanted to purchase a new car but after talking to Brandy St. Peter about the pros and cons, I decided it was best to purchase new. Brandy helped me keep the price down by offering some different options to consider. I really wanted leather seats but not necessarily all the other "bells and whistles" that come with the Limited version. I ended up buying an XLE and having leather seats installed by them. I am very happy with my purchase and with the efficiency of the whole process. Don Scott Montgomery was very good and very fast at preparing all the paperwork. The whole process was a lot less stressful than in previous car buying experiences. I have purchased/leased three vehicles from Bell Road Toyota and would highly recommend them. More

We walked in Bell Toyota, a little discouraged after spending a few hours at ANOTHER Toyota dealership, having experienced horrible customer services, and walking out without a car. Once we got there we were greeted with a warm smile and hug from Barbara Bloss, I was already feeling better just from the greeting alone! After looking at the car we wanted and taking it for a test drive, we knew we were ready to make the deal! We worked with Josh and Barb who gave us exceptional customer service all around. It took us less than half and hour to complete the paperwork, and become the brand new owners of a 2013 Toyota Avalon (which we love)!! I had a great experience with Kylor over at the bell road toyota dealership. He was kind, curteous, respectful, fun and most importantly patient. Salesman Jim was very friendly & knowledgeable. We were with him almost the whole day because of being Canadian and trying to get our money from the bank & insurance. He drove us all over town lookin were with him almost the whole day because of being Canadian and trying to get our money from the bank & insurance.
