My sales lady, Barb Bloss, came out to meet me the first time I drove up. She was very friendly but not pushy. Even though it was a hot day we went out and test drove four vehicles. I didn't purchase anything that day but she gave me some information that I could take with me to look over. After a few days I went back to the dealership and test drove another car that I felt that I needed to try in order to make a good decision. Once again Barb and I went out in the heat and she helped me think about the differences between the cars that I was interested in. She checked back with me a few times while I was still thinking about which vehicle I would purchase. She was never pushy and was patient with my indecision. After a week or so I called back with several questions and Manager Barry quickly answered my questions because Barb was out of town due to a family member passing away. The next day my husband wanted to come to the dealership with me and try out one of the cars that I was interested in because he had not come with me before. Barb, Barry, Allen, and Don Scott all took care of everything. As you can tell the whole group was extremely helpful. They were very friendly because I didn't feel like I was at a "Car Dealership". The quality of work that they performed (teamwork) was like a well oiled of machine. The overall experience was great because I didn't have that scary car dealership feeling. The price was good and they worked with me so I feel like I got a good deal. I will recommend this dealership and the team of employees that worked with me to my friends and family. If I need another car I am going to Bell Road Toyota. More
This is my second purchase with this dealership. They are very helpful and did everything possible to stay within my budget. Our experience was an exciting one, because we drove from California to Phoenix after reviewing an outstanding 2005 Mercedes-Benz SLK 350 on your website for two weeks. We continued to shop around but we came back to your website over and over again. On Wednesday July 10th my husband said lets drive to Phoenix and buy the Mercedes 350 and drive it home. We were both very excited and left our home in Orange County (Mission Viejo, CA) at 5:00 am Thursday morning and arrived at your dealership about 1:30 pm. We had several conversations with Kylor Messmer and once I filled out the form on your website Kylor responded to my request, called me and also offered to pick us up, however, Kylor didn't remember we were calling from California. When we thanked him we said "do you mean your offering to pick us up in California drive us to the dealership so we could purchase the Mercedes and then we would drive home". What a sweet thing to do, but we are planning to drive over and drive back with two cars. When we arrived Thursday we were warmly greeted in spite of the heat, once inside the office everybody came over and greeted us by saying "so your two who drove from California, we all laughed and said yes we are the crazy California couple. We brought our Miniature Schnauzer "Eddie" with us and he was a hit with everybody. We drove home Friday morning leaving at 5:00 am, it took us about 12 hours to get home because of traffic, border checking, accidents etc. We were oh so tired but it was worth the experience and we would do it all over again. We went to a picnic Saturday and all of our friends were impressed with our new Mercedes and we told everyone about Bell Road Toyota and the great service we received. I went into Bell Road Toyota a couple weeks ago with the intent to possibly buy a new Prius. I had received a flyer by mail about the 0% financing on selected vehicles so I was there to inquire more infor intent to possibly buy a new Prius. I was immediately greeted by a Mitch Deusterman and I must say I really appreciated his friendly, but professional and t not too pushy approach on selling a vehicle. I test drove 2013 Prius Persona SE and was hooked. Mitch really made the purchase of the vehicle pretty much with ease. The follow thru with the entire process of purchasing of the vehicle to making sure that all questions regarding everything from warranty,maintenance and even helping me set up the Toyota Entune and helping me with the setup with my phone and creating the stations on the Sirius/Navagation system. This is our 4th vehicle that has been purchased with Bell Toyota, and would highly recommend this dealership , if you want service like no other, go see Mitch Deusterman he is your man. I was referred to Cora in the fleet department. I called her and went in the next day. Very easy to deal with . I drove two Tacoma's and purchased the one off the showroom floor. We bought a Toyota Venza at Bell Road Toyota. The customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly & patient. Anthony Charbeneau was our sales consultant. He listened to what we were interested in & if we were not sure if the vehicle was exactly what we wanted he would take the time to listen to what we were looking for & show us something else. We went in looking for a Rav & ended up loving the Toyota Venza. We are very happy with this vehicle. Anthony made the paper work & sales transaction very smooth. He also took the time to explain and show us all the features, plus set up all the updated features that we did not have knowledge of. Anthony was very informative and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle at Bell Road Toyota. More

We first visited with Larry at Bell Toyota on Saturday trying to decide between Honda and Toyota. Honda was a horrible experience and when we got Toyota Larry met us as we walked up to the office ... a friendly welcoming face - what a difference! No hard sell, no pressure... just providing the information we needed to make an informed decision. He must have gotten me at least 6 bottles of cold water while I looked at cars and mulled over my options. His manager Dion was also very helpful. We went home, searched the internet, did our due dilligence and couldn't find anything we liked better. We went back on Sunday and Larry took very good care of us again. We were debating between two cars and he pulled both of the cars up so we could have a side by side comparison. We purchased the Avalon, got a great deal and totally love it! I HIGHLY recommend Larry for anyone considering a Toyota. More
I went back to Bell Road Toyota because the lease on my 2010 Rav4 was coming to an end. I wanted to see what my options were (including buying my existing car outright). I still wasn't 100% sure I wanted to purchase a new car but after talking to Brandy St. Peter about the pros and cons, I decided it was best to purchase new. Brandy helped me keep the price down by offering some different options to consider. I really wanted leather seats but not necessarily all the other "bells and whistles" that come with the Limited version. I ended up buying an XLE and having leather seats installed by them. I am very happy with my purchase and with the efficiency of the whole process. Don Scott Montgomery was very good and very fast at preparing all the paperwork. The whole process was a lot less stressful than in previous car buying experiences. I have purchased/leased three vehicles from Bell Road Toyota and would highly recommend them. More

Larry was very polite and knowledgable about the car. He seemed honest & Trustworthy. The rest the people I dealt with were also pleasant and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great automoblle and fair transaction. More
