It started out with our search and finding of our color selection of "Ooh La La Rouge Mica" on the 2017 Avalon Limited we both needed to have and Kirk was able to locate one for us after he searched all of Arizona for us and there was only one available at another Toyota dealership. He had set up the trade of cars with the other dealership and we got the exact color and model of the Avalon we needed in a very timely manner. He was up front and honest with us and always explained everything we needed to know and things we were not even aware of. There were no surprises and we always felt very comfortable with Kirk and respected his professional knowledge and experience with making us feel comfortable and in good hands with him. We would highly recommend Kirk to our friends and relatives if they need and want a Toyota vehicle. More

Dishonest about what you are paying for I worked with AZ. I went in looking at a Prius that was advertised for 12,900. That was the car I wanted to buy. When AZ came back with the quote I worked with AZ. I went in looking at a Prius that was advertised for 12,900. That was the car I wanted to buy. When AZ came back with the quote on the payments I noticed that the care was 14,600 as the price. AZ told me the cost of the car was 12,900 but that the added fees and warranty made the car cost go up. I believed him. BIG MISTAKE!!! He was lying. When I got home and actually had a chance to look at the papers I signed, I noticed that the cost of the car ALONE was 14,600 and the fees and warranties were extra on top of that. Now I have a car that costs more than the Kelley Blue Book value for the car. I’m stuck. AZ is dishonest and since what he does is acceptable to Bell Road Toyota, they are dishonest too. I’ll never go back. NEVER! More
