I knew my budget, I knew which car, and I knew I wasn't leaving until I had what I wanted within my price range. Though it wasn't exact, it was pretty darn close. Kirk Wade and his team made EVERYTHING a breeze! I was at the dealership with my 8yr old and 16month old daughters for 6.5hours and Kirk watched over them for me while I was in financing (he even got them to take a nap! 😲). Another gentleman installed my car seat for me and was so happy to do it. Everyone was so kind to us from the moment we walked in until we left, from the gentleman that took our picture, to the sweet lady that is the floor manger there. Travis, in the service department, went out of his way to ask numerous people for a phone charger for me because my phone was at 4%. The cookies and superb coffee along with the play area for kids was a nice touch as well and made bringing the kids so much easier. When everything was said and done, Kirk sat in the car with me and showed me how everything worked step step. He was so patient and kind throughout the entire process. I am so glad I choose bell road Toyota. I will no longer shop anywhere else. Thank you to everyone that we came in contact with. Not sure what took me so long to get one, it’s an amazing vehicle. When I decided to buy out my lease I contacted Renee. She said we could wrap thing us quickly. She wasn’t kidding. I was at the dealership for less than 90 minutes. She was friendly and easy to talk to. Her focus was on my comfort and experience and not on taking me for everything she could. I highly recommend Bell road Toyota and won’t work with another sales person. Renee is the best. This was my best ever car buying experience in 30 years and more than 12 vehicles. More

Glad I stuck with them After a few issues with my suspension squeaking on my tacoma, I decided to have Toyota help fix the issue. Bell Road Toyota scheduled me in to addres After a few issues with my suspension squeaking on my tacoma, I decided to have Toyota help fix the issue. Bell Road Toyota scheduled me in to address the issue and apply the new parts Toyota revised to end the leaf spring squeak. Todd and Barry got me in and started the process. We had a hiccup the first time because the parts are confusing and it comes as a set, but two sets are needed to do the whole suspension. No biggie they took care of some other stuff and we rescheduled the next weekend. The next weekend came and we tried again. After several hours my truck was completed. They left the keys at the reception desk and I picked it up after hours, which was nice since I wasn’t able to get there before service closed. After a few days a heard the squeak return. I was like oh no this is crazy, how could this be. They had me come back. They looked it over and determined the aftermarket parts I added (lift and AAL) must have been the culprit. After A little inspection we found that there were two pads that were missed initially, so Todd quickly ordered more pads to get it done. I got my truck back after Saturday’s visit and so far no squeaks! I knew it would be good this time because all the other parts that were replaced previous times were quiet. Thank you to the service team at Bell Road Toyota. I know I was a pain to get this fixed, but I appreciate the customer service and the time they took to make me happy. I’m glad they didn’t write me off and send me off because I had a lift on the truck. They took the time to make adjustments to my Add a leaf and make it straight for me too. I feel a lot better after the last visit and I don’t intend to go anywhere else for my service needs. More
