I spent 2 hours discussing the pruchase of a vehicle that I waas told was avaliable. We came to an agreement on the price and I sent the requested information only to receive a call back that the vehicle wa I waas told was avaliable. We came to an agreement on the price and I sent the requested information only to receive a call back that the vehicle was sold. I should have been informed that there was another buyer and it was sold prior to spending all of the time and sending my personal information to the Dealer. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Three days before Christmas I contacted Bell Road Toyota about a slightly used 2022 4Runner TDR Pro. For two days, Mark Hawthorn kept emailing me to come in and look at the vehicle in person. He even Toyota about a slightly used 2022 4Runner TDR Pro. For two days, Mark Hawthorn kept emailing me to come in and look at the vehicle in person. He even scheduled an appointment with me, without my knowledge or consent, on the very first day I was contacted by him, assuming I would just be there when it was convenient for him I guess. I responded I was tied up with Christmas preparations and work and I would do my best to get there the following day, as it was not an easy time for me to get away for the 70-mile round trip to drive Bell Road Toyota. On Friday, the 23rd at 11:21 AM I received yet another email from Mark asking when I might arrive that day. At 11:37AM I told him I would break away from errands and be there in a couple hours, and I later arrived at the dealership at approx. 1:05PM. Upon meeting Mark, he abruptly handed me off to another salesman claiming to be working with a client, but there was no one else in sight in the used car building. The salesman claimed he would find out where the vehicle was located and fetch the keys, but he walked off in the opposite direction of the used car office? A few minutes later he returned and said the vehicle was sold the day before and asked if I would be interested in seeing other 4Runners. I proceeded to try to track Mark down, searching the sales office room by room, as the new salesman followed closely on my heels and continued to try to talk me into looking at “other” vehicles. I was then finally told by the salesman, after wandering the halls, that Mark had left…which could not be confirmed. I immediately called Mark’s cell phone to ask him if the information I was receiving was correct or if he had possibly set the vehicle aside for me as he knew I was in route. Why else would he have emailed me that very morning if the car was already sold? Unless of course he was banking on just getting me into the dealership for another possible sale, given the handoff to the other salesman and the full court press to look at other units I think that proves my suspicions. Mark NEVER returned my call, but I did receive a follow up email from him thanking me for visiting and a link to the already sold vehicle, asking me if I was still interested in buying the sold vehicle in question. SMH. Cleary Bell Road Toyota is either incompetent or doesn’t care about its customers time and priorities, especially around the holiday season. If Mark is representative of the ethics in place at Bell Road Toyota what does that say about Bell Road Toyota’s leadership values and competency? Since this incident I have read several similar negative reviews of the sales staff at Bell Road Toyota. I’d email the GM, but experience tells me that this usually a systemic cultural problem and upper management only cares about the numbers. Bad behavior such as this is what gives car dealerships and salesmen a bad name. If you’re looking to buy a Toyota in the Valley, I would recommend steering well clear of Bell Road Toyota. More
DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALER - They sold me a used MAZDA CX-5 and the bill of sale stated they had replaced the tires, did a full service and inspection on the vehicle. Nothing was done. I don' used MAZDA CX-5 and the bill of sale stated they had replaced the tires, did a full service and inspection on the vehicle. Nothing was done. I don't think they even looked at the vehicle before the sale expect to spray amor all over the interior. They tried to pass it all off on me as an unsuspecting buyer. Total fraud in my opinion. What a waste of time. More

My husband and I were extremely happy working with Micalyn Parry "Mickey" who was our salesperson at Bell Road Toyota. She was awesome and extremely courteous in helping us make our decision in buying Micalyn Parry "Mickey" who was our salesperson at Bell Road Toyota. She was awesome and extremely courteous in helping us make our decision in buying a new 2022 Toyota Highlander even though we were not planning to buy a SUV. She was very informative, knowledgeable and gave us a good deal on our trade in vehicle. She promptly answered all our questions patiently and stayed beyond her work hours and made sure that we had everything taken care of before we left the dealership. Thank you Mickey and all other team members. Overall we had a good experience and are happy about our new purchase. More
I went into this dealership hoping to change my opinion of Bell Road Toyota. Unfortunately, the pure incompetence of the workers here leaves me sadly disappointed. My salesperson was Brian ok at best. He h of Bell Road Toyota. Unfortunately, the pure incompetence of the workers here leaves me sadly disappointed. My salesperson was Brian ok at best. He had no knowledge of the car I was looking at, granted it wasn’t a Toyota. After we came to terms on the deal, he was "out sick" for the following 3 days. During this time, I couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the dealership. Next, T.K. the sales manager, he’s flat out rude. I don’t know if he likes his job, but he definitely shouldn’t be in the customer service industry. He wanted nothing to do with negotiation when it came to the $3k for recon services and $1050 for gap insurance. Got very defensive when I asked for reasonable price on these. Next is Carlos, he is the "closer". He was ok, probably the best part of my experience was Carlos, but he is still impossible to get a hold of once it didn’t matter to his paycheck. Mohammad is next, he is the finance manager. They approved me at 6% originally and had my payment at $1080. This sounded good and I decided to accept and sign the contract. I was offered several aftermarket warranties well over the market price. Once I declined all these warranties, you could tell Mohammad was upset. I left the dealership and was waiting for them to allow me to drop off my trade in. During this time, they told me the interest rate changed and my new payment would be $1300. Obviously, they weren’t making money on the warranties anymore and tried to cook it into my interest rate instead. The is pure criminal. Absolutely horrible customer service. There are several other Toyota dealerships in the valley that will help you MUCH better. LASTLY, Daniel, the phone guy. Every time I called to try to find out what was happening to my deal, Daniel, the phone guy, would answer. He clearly hates his job or his life, not sure why. But flat out rude. Not even maybe I’m being a Karen rude, no RUDE RUDE. He would just hang up the call randomly when I was asking questions. He should be unemployed!!! More
