I was amazed of how efficient everyone worked. Being the second car I bought, I was nervous sad and happy all at once! But I couldn't be happier about the entire process. Great job guys ! And seriously thank u so much for making everything so pleasant ! Off now to new adventures . god bless! More

Mr. Cantillo went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and answer all our questions which was instrumental in making our decision to make our purchase. In addition he offered his assistance in pairing our smart phones to the Toyota programs available in the Camry even on weekends which was convenient for us. Danny exemplifies excellent and gracious customer service. We are looking forward to having our Camry serviced at Bell Road Toyota in the near future.---Greg and Maddalena Pentkowski More

Manipulative liars Awful experience. I was interested in a used truck they had on their lot. It was a rare truck, a Ford, and they didn't know what they had with the tru Awful experience. I first inquired about the truck and started an email conversation with Jerry Schwelling who called me by the wrong name, then was rude, and finally quite answering my emails. I had to make up a fake name and new email address in order to get a new salesman to call me. Next up was Danny Cantillo, who for the most part was good to deal with, but he let the sale of the truck slip away. I called him and told him I have financing ready, I have a credit card for the down payment, let's get it done. But I was told I had to wait because someone was looking at the truck, keep in mind this is week #4 of me trying to get this truck. Yes 4 weeks. I do live out of state, but I had transportation in place, they just needed to know what day to pick the truck up. On the day the truck was sold I got a text from Danny saying, "hey Shane, the truck is yours. I will call you in 30 minutes. I'm grabbing a bite to eat." Well, during his 30 minute break the truck was sold to someone else. Now anyone reading this who's gone through the process of buying any type of vehicle knows xxxx well it takes a whole lot longer than 30 minutes to complete the purchase of a vehicle. I was very upset so I called and spoke to the General Sales Manager, Ty Reed. He showed zero compassion, told me he's never heard the term "sold out from under you," and reiterated that it was just my loss, bad luck. Now, another detail to this story is Danny and I were working on the final numbers out the door. Well he said he couldn't move on a certain amount, couldn't move a penny. 3 days later the trucks price drops $200, not saying that that's a lot of money, but clearly you had room to move on the price, that to me was a bit shady. I was also told by Danny that he would get more for the truck at Auction then he was getting from me. Now to be specific, they wanted $36,500 and I made the initial offer of $34,500. We were not that far off at all. I strongly disagree with the notion that they would have gotten more at auction for the truck. So, I lose out on a truck that would have meant something to me, something of sentimental value, and not one person at this dealership cared. I get it, it's a business and I'm no one to them, but I cannot recommended them to anyone who lives in the area and definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone out of state. Truly an awful experience. Stacy, if in fact you do read this review, I would love to talk to you over the phone. More
