His knowledge of the vehicle I was buying (Rav 4) was fantastic. His great personality was wonderful.. There was no pressure in buying a car and he listed to what I needed and wanted. He is dedicated to what he does. The Finance Person (Barry) helped us feel out with all the paperwork in a timely manner . Poor Experience, Misleading Dealership and Shady Was communicating back and forth with a sales rep about a 2018 Tacoma, we agreed on a price and date for me to pick up the truck. The day before our s Was communicating back and forth with a sales rep about a 2018 Tacoma, we agreed on a price and date for me to pick up the truck. The day before our scheduled appointment, i was informed the truck was sold to another buyer which was very misleading and frustrating. We negotiated a deal on another vehicle, after signing the paper work and receiving the car keys, i was informed i needed to pay additional 5K and wasn’t allowed to leave with the vehicle. Turns out, somehow, the team mixed up the VIN# on the car i test drove and we were negotiating on a different vehicle. After few more hours of negotiation, we agreed on a price and i was promised additional services for the inconvenience i received and the poor experience. Two weeks go by without hearing back from the dealership nor the sales rep. I kept getting the work around on the services i was promised. The dealership and sales rep are treating me as if i am being an inconvenience. This dealership has broken their promises and stringing me along. More
